Great mat for comfort and stability! Over a year and still looks and feels new.
I do all levels and advanced vinyasa yoga. This mat is thick enough that I donât feel the wooden floors of the studio digging into me, but also thin enough that I donât have to worry too much about it potentially affecting my balance.I have lupus and have issues with my joints, so I wanted something with a little bit of cushion. I couldnât find anything reasonable, both size/thickness wise and budget wise. I eventually came across this mat and decided to give it a try. Iâve found that itâs done a lot to help make me feel comfortable and to be confident in my posture and footing.The design is very nice, and even after over a year of regular use, the design is still very visible. I havenât had any of the mat itself flake or run away and itâs still in one piece. It doesnât show signs of wear. Itâs easy to roll up and carry.It’s great about not stretching while youâre using it for yoga (Iâve had mats in the past where my downward dog would become weird looking push-ups). Itâs not going to start slipping across the floor. I donât find my feet slipping, either, but my hands sometimes do (that might be more user error than the mat as I tend to sweat a lot from my hands).One downside would be that, because itâs a bit of a thicker mat, if itâs rolled up for too long or left in a hot car, the edge of the mat where you started the roll might curl upwards. I usually place a block or my phone at the edge and it holds it down without a problem and tends to flatten by the end of class.

Good quality, thickness
Bought this mat because my yoga teacher recommended it. Love it! My feet get a good grip while standing and it is a good cushion depth & feels like good quality. The color & design are nice. As per other reviews, it did have a really strong odor at first. I draped it over a deck rail, poured some water over it & let it drape in the sun for a day. Most of the odor was gone by the next day. Would buy again.

Iâm really happy with this yoga mat! It has the perfect amount of cushioningâsoft enough for comfort but still firm enough for support during balance poses. The grip is great too; it stays in place even during sweaty workouts.The design is cute and simple, which I love. It looks great in my space and adds a nice calming vibe. Iâve been using it daily and itâs holding up really well. Definitely a great buy if you want something functional and stylish!

Amazing. Thickness is perfect and the color is beautiful. Just as advertised. There is a slight smell when you open it but it is not bad at all. It seems very durable just wish it came with the strap.

Great quality but slippery when sweaty
So this mat is beautiful (it has truly metallic/silver details) and feels great. It also comes rolled in a way that you do not struggle to keep the ends from curling up like I see a lot of people struggle with during Barre and Yoga class. I use this mat generally for Barre, and unfortunately, when I sweat at the top and I am trying to do a plank, the mat gets slippery where my hands go, and it is really difficult to keep the plank. My solution to this is I put a sports towel where my hands go. The weird thing is that the instructions that come with the mat say to wet it to make it stickier (as in give you more grip) but instead, it gets slippery if it is sweaty wet. That is why I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5, and because I found an easy solution and everything else about the mat is great. I have had much thicker mats that sure, provide more knee protection but are harder to balance on, and my gym provides knee pads (but if yours does not and you do a lot of knee exercises with weights like in Barre, I recommend buying a knee pad). It did not come with a sling but I bought a Gaiam sling for less than $10 (the navy blue ones are cheaper). It does smell a bit funny the first few times you use it (even after wiping it down) but that fortunately goes away after maybe 4-5 times. All in all, it is a great mat for Barre and Yoga.

Good yoga mat, not very thick
Love this mat! Non slip, light weight and easy to carry. I also have a thicker mat which is great for my knees but doesn’t provide as much grip , so I prefer to use this for challenging classes. Great product, I hope it lasts at least a year, will leave an update if the mat remains in good shape after a few months.

This is the first brand name yoga mat I have ever purchased. It makes a big difference. It is nice and thick and has the perfect level of stickyness right away. I have only used it a few times, so I can’t speak to durability, but it seems high quality, so I expect it will last for a few years. I hope the chemical smell goes away soon. I should probably leave it unrolled…
