Great Customer Service!
We really enjoy these plates. They feel and look nice. We appreciate that they are dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe. The only complaint we have is that they mar really easily with silverware.We did run into one issue, where about 6 months after we bought the plates, one of the dinner plates developed a crack halfway through for no obvious reason (they were always treated gently). I wrote the seller (Lareina) here on Amazon, and they immediately replaced the plate, in fact, they sent 6 plates! Would definitely recommend this product and company.
