Finally a book that explains how to get started!
“Meditate”. so many people tell you. They just don’t tell you how to get started. They say clear your mind, don’t think. Well, brain-dead comes to mind when they say that. I have seen many of this author’s videos on YouTube, so I decided to try this book. I am so happy I did! He explains how to actually get started in a meditation practice. He explains some of the issues you will face and how to overcome them. He simply offers real instruction on how to Meditate! I have accepted for a long time that meditation is very important, and finally now I feel I am making progress.
