Good Couch For The Price
I bought this couch back in March and I have had it for a month now (maybe a little over) and it is a good couch.It is massive! The pictures do not do it justice. Me, my 11 year old daughter that is 5’1, anf my 2 year old son can fit on this couch while all of us are lying down on it (while the “pull out bed” is taken out) And we would still have room for another person!The couch is super soft, which I love. It is quite stiff though when you get it. It has broken in a bit since I bought it. Took a few weeks for that to happen. It is pretty comfortable now. I have almost fallen asleep on it quite a few times.The chaise is pretty long. I’m 5’4 and can stretch out on it and not have my feet dangling off. If you’re taller than that though, your feet/legs will dangle.The chaise also has a lot of storage space which is a plus. You do have to put a little effort in opening it up but its not too hard to do so.The delivery had me a bit nervous though. 4 boxes were delivered over a span of 2-3 days.2 very large boxes came 3 days before my expected delivery date. One of the two boxes (for both deliveries) are quite heavy. But I was able to bring them inside by “rolling” the boxes on their sides from my doorstep and inside my home.When I opened the boxes, I realized that it was only TWO pieces of the sectional that was delivered. I called Amazon and they told me the other parts would be delivered in the next 2 days. I did receive the rest of the couch 2 days later.That being said, the couch was super easy to put together. As a single mom, I was able to do it by myself.All the pieces slide into place (the back and each sectional peice) The feet screw in. The chaise peice does have some parts that need to be screwed in with the allen wrench but it was no big deal.I loved that all the cushions, pillows, feet, and tools were inside on the bottom of the couch. There is a zipper on the bottom that you unzip and everything is in there.The hardest part was trying to slide the chaise by myself into the connecting middle seat, but I manged to do it.The only cons I have with this is that 1: I wish this couch came in a light grey color. The dark grey was not the color I wanted. But I got this one because all the other light grey couches that looked exactly like this were more expensive.2: The back of the couch is very short, so it becomes uncomfortable when sitting straight up to watch TV. It puts strain on my neck and shoulder blades. But to solve that I put pillows behind my head for support.And finally there are no words on the instruction papers. The pictures are clear enough for the most part. But when it came time to put the chaise together, I had to look a little longer to understand what I needed to do.Overall though, the couch is great especially for the price, and is a huge upgrade for me compared to the sofa and loveseat that I had.It looks exactly like the pictures and the measurements were exactly right too.

I received just 2 boxes over a longer waiting period and started assemble some parts, which I really liked the fabric, sturdiness and the color, the overall appearance is just very robust, but also very classy!!..Sadly I never received the 2 seater pullout and side armrest part and that’s why I canceled my order !!..It’s just easy to install , by just sliding the parts together and done, perfectly fit…but by knowing the Couch never came in full and I had to cancel 😞 my purchase, I just could give 4 stars for something I never could use in the first place !!..I might would order it again, because it’s a very beautiful and classy, smaller L Couch for small apartments and living rooms, but sadly I never received the entire item🙄🤔

Put together by myself, firm but comfortable. Large and very soft. So worth the money, i love it!!!!
