Customers say
Customers find the tent easy to set up, with clear instructions, and appreciate its well-designed construction and value for money. The size receives mixed feedback – while some find it very roomy, others say it only fits two full-sized adults. Durability and waterproofing are also mixed aspects, with some saying it holds up well in rain while others report it breaking after one use or leaking at the corners. The tent’s functionality works well, though customers report issues with rip resistance, noting that it still rips and has small tears inside.

Great Tint, little smaller than predicted but tons of room
Great tent, wasn’t as tall as I thought, but fantastic. Lots of room left and right, not so much height. Really happy with it, no issues at all.

giving it 4 stars but …
carry bag is a bit thin and of course you need better stakes than what comes with it. floor is not very thick either so i cut a heavy duty tarp down to size for a ground sheet. i couldn’t pull the rope down to set it up but if i put the legs straight and lift it, i can easily “pop” it. very easy to put up after that. i wasn’t quite sure of the best way to attach the fly at first, directions aren’t clear, but i just figured out what gave me the best ‘fit’. right out of the box i could see two corner seams were very loosely sewn but i planned on waterproofing anyway. i used both a spray and seam sealant. worst spot was around the door and i couldn’t tell from where so i just paid extra attention to those seams. it is a bit difficult to make sure the two door zippers come together in the corners and don’t leave a gap. i detest the pass through flap. big, no closure of any kind and not even enough material overlap to be any sort of weatherproof. i glued it shut, to heck with that. i used a sprinkler for a good while to test it all, and only had to add sealant around the window toggle seams to finish it off. so i put some work into it but i have a perfect sized tent, that’s easy to set up, stays completely dry inside, has good ventilation, and good storage. folding up is a bit of a pain but hopefully will get easier with practice. my wish list – have it be 5 or 6″ taller at the center, and a velcro strip – or something! – to be able to close the pass through.

Fast set up, quality tent, great camping quarters.
Tent technology certainly has advanced in recent years. I really like the way this Mobihome 6 person tent stands up. I pitched this tent all by myself, in minutes. The main four ridge poles are built into the tent, kind of like an umbrella frame. Just lay it out lift up on the center hub and pull the strings. TA DA! The main structure of the tent is up! Two more ribs for the ends, one for the rainfly, 6 tie downs, 6 stakes and you’re done. Inside the tent, you have four storage pockets and a place to hang a lantern. The floor actually comes up the sides about 4 inches all the way around, improving water resistance. All of the windows are water resistant when closed. The top has a wonderful view of the sky (without the rainfly). It will sleep six people (close quarters). But, this tent is just for my wife and I. We recently bought four acres of land, to build our ‘forever’ home on. We plan on camping on that land when cooler weather gets here, to get the feel of our new environment. This tent is very well made out of quality materials. I’m very pleased. Good Purchase Five stars.
My Comment –
What a great tent!
Been camping several times with this tent and every time it hasn’t let me down several years later. So quick to set up and take dawn. As long as you treat it fairly you’ll get many years from this tent.

Used a lot and liked it, but 2 years later going to have to throw out
Great tent. I love the ease of use and with a toddler, it was a perfect setup for getting the campsite going quickly. Upside, extremely fast setup, no need for a footprint (though I always used a tarp for safety), and decent size for a pair. Downside, after 2 years, the loops in the tent are completely tearing off the mesh. Also, extremely limited storage (one pouch for a cell phone), and the rainfly is tiny so expect to get cold. All in all, great tent, but just expect to have to get a new one in a few years. Not surprising for a budget tent, but still disappointing.

Spacious and easy to set up
I purchased this tent to replace a 4-person pop-up tent because the old one leaked and wasn’t very intuitive to set up and take down. I will say I needed help putting this up, but that’s because I’m a short person and the tent is large. It was easy to set up for the most part – just spread it out, stake it down, and pull up the dome in the middle. The hardest part was the three poles to stabilize the door and other areas – it wasn’t very clear where to put those at first. We did put the rainfly on backwards the first time. But once you do it once it’s easy to remember. This thing is really spacious on the inside. It doesn’t have a big footprint for what it is, but when you get inside you see just how much room there is. 4 pretty large adults and their gear stayed in this tent and we were all able to roll around without disturbing each other. By the end of the trip, everyone was referring to this thing as the “Harry Potter” or “Doctor Who” tent (because it seemed magic, and looked bigger on the inside than the outside). It was also rainy, windy, and chilly at night and this tent stayed very warm and dry.I will be continuing to use this and would recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, easy to set up tent.
