Small but Huge – total space and storage saver
I’ve been shopping for one of these pullout convertible sectionals sleeper beds for about a year, and glad I waited. The shipping came in two boxes, very well packed. One box was about 73 labs, the second one is about 130 lbs. But don’t be worry, you take out piece by piece, and me not being the strongest guy, had no problem lifting or moving the pieces. I built this in a few hours; lots of moving and repositioning my own stuff and cleaning of the walls and polishing the floors where this was going to be placed. The cushion are vacuum packed. Everything was labeled A-[1..n] and B-[1..n]. The chaise piece holds a lot of the pieces inside. The picture measurements are accurate.Building Notes:This is reversible, but the USB ports are always on the left side when sitting. When sitting, I put my chaise on the right. There is a slot connection between an arm rest, bed part, and chaise. You lift up one piece, and rest into the other piece. For me, The non-Chaise Armrest stayed on the floor, and I lifted the bed part into the socket. So don’t wheel the bed in, until you attach the bed to the arm rest. The CHAISE lifts and goes into the bed ~ the bed on the floor, Chaise goes into the bed; don’t put the back or pads on the Chaise until you connect it to the bed.Placing the back onto the base, there are metal connectors. I didn’t notice initially, but apparently, the connectors go inside on one piece, and on the outside for the other. No need to force, they slide right in.I also put on felt furniture sliders to protect my hardwood floor. Whilst this seemed like a good idea, I now gently pull out the bed part, as it would slide the whole furniture. I’m hoping enough dust builds up underneath so I don’t need to worry about this in the future; maybe don’t polish the floors before placing it idk.Anyway, except for that, the building was cake, well, I’m not a baker, so it was basically a microwave mac’n’cheese meal. You might what to have your own Allen key ( I over tightened one and stripped the one included ) and a Phillips screw driver ( not included ).Moving on:The storage is awesome. The arm rests are about 8-9 inches deep, about 3 inches wide, and 18-19 inches long. Holds books, remotes, napkins, spare batteries, cables, and more. Awesome that when opening the armrest, the cup holders can still be used. The chaise holds a ton. I still have extra space in all my storage pieces.The USB ports are 2A max.The covers come off all the cushions, so they are washable, but I purchased Easy Going 100% waterproof slip covers, because spills happen. I would recommend getting two of the two-seat + 1 Chaise covers. The light grey edges of the couch goes well with the dark grey covers for the cushions. You need two Chaise pieces, and 5 cushion covers total.The back cushions are cushiony, the seat/bed are firm. It’s nice to sit, lay, and sleep on. I’ll add, I had an 84-inch couch before, which converted to a full/double mattress. This has a bit more room on the bed part, as when I lay down, stretch and point my toes, my toes don’t touch the arm rest. This holds three people easily, and 4 should be fine.Last thing is, my lift top coffee table is 43 inches wide, and the pull out bed part is about 45 inches, meaning I squeeze out on the sides. So I ordered a new lift top coffee table. I think 40 inches or less would be a good coffee table size. Amazon has a ton of options.Overall, 5-stars. Awesome Couch bed creating plenty of room. There was a futon in its spot before, and I couldn’t be put directly against the wall, as I needed it to be able to fold down. This style allows it to go directly flush to the walls, giving much more space. Not to mention, it’s easy to convert from a couch to a bed, and it has a back rest for sitting up in bed, where lay flat options do not.This was an Amazon Prime purchase, to shipping was fast and easy, and the price perfect – can’t get a better deal anywhere.UPDATE: After about a month after punishment.So this sectional is sturdy. I’ve had kids jumping up and down without issues, and have no real complaints. This has been slept on, and sat on, by multiple and various sized people. I’d say it’s built to last and withstand some punishment. There is just one thing, the cushions are still pretty firm.This is fine if this is being used as a couch and bed in a pinch, but if you’re using this as a bed, I would recommend getting a full sized memory foam mattress topper ( either 1, 2-inch one, or 1, 4-inch one ) and replacing the cushions. The cushions which come with the sectional are somewhere between 4 to 4.5 inches deep. You’ll also need an electric knife to cut the memory foam into the cushion seat/chaise size.

Happy with purchase
This modular sofa bed was just what we were looking for. Me and my husband assembled everything in about 1-1.5 hours. The instructions were okay to follow but this job requires patience/strength. We unboxed everything outside the house and carried the parts upstairs one by one. There were 2 boxes in total. We liked the gray color but we wish the fabric was a bit more heavy-duty. We bought 2 packs of 3 waterproof cushion protectors to cover the 5 cushions. We also ordered one chase cover but need to order one more cover for the roll-out cushion. We have two kids and a cat so needed this extra protection. The two (remote) storage parts next to the cup-holder on the arm-rest are not sturdy and keep moving around for some reason. I used the extra cover to cover up the arm-rest to keep it clean and not break down the road. Overall, this product has a reasonable price and we are satisfied for now.

The couch is not safe and the back pillows are really thin.
