Much bigger than the product photo leads one to believe
They are making this look much smaller in the product pic than it actually is. The pic shows it in the bag on a womanâs hand and it comes less than halfway up the forearm. I know the product was photoshopped onto the pic of the hand, they do this with lots of products, but on a hand it is meant to show scale and this is very misleading. I was hoping this would fit easily into or dangling from my carryon. You can see in the 2nd pic that itâs up past my elbow.Itâs got a lot of folds in it and I doubt they are ever coming out, especially if folded and placed in the bag for storage. The bag is basic with a small wrist strap.I was afraid it would be slippery, but it actually worked well. I did a vigorous practice that included a headstand, shoulder stand, standing poses and a couple of full wheel. Also, thereâs really no smell. Iâm surprised that it worked well, with no slippage considering the suede like soft surface. It feels nice. I donât yet know, however, how well this fabric will clean and have some concerns.

Thin, works well once flat
This yoga mat is grippy on the bottom and top once I got it flat on the floor. Perhaps with time it will lie flat more easily but I found it wanting to curl into its folds. For a mat made specifically for travel and probably folded most of the time I took away one star for it wanting to show the folks. I have the purple and find the coloring to be not as vibrant as online. Recommended for its started purpose of a travelling yoga mat
