This Mat Could Not Be Better!
This mat is perfect for my exercise routines. The cork surface is ideal for traction and comfortable body contact. The “rubber” underlay is firm but slightly resilient. The materials have minimal to no toxicity. It had a mild odor on arrival that quickly dissipated in a day. I have never had such an excellent exercise mat in 50 years of mat exercise.I do not use this as a yoga mat. I do a combination of resistance exercises with dumbbells, Pilates exercises, and Western style calisthenics. For these, I find the firm resilience of this mat to be ideal.Only caution I would have for people considering this mat is that it does not seem to readily lie entirely flat. I have not reverse-rolled it to try to get it to lie flat, preferring to weigh it down at the corners when I use it, so I don’t know how effective that would be in producing a completely flat-lying mat.

This is the best mat Iâve ever purchased. The thickness is perfect and it doesnât slip, and on top of that, it is non toxic and at a great price!! So far it seems pretty sturdy and it is taking daily use very well

Not just for yoga
Here’s a new idea for you. My senior dog was having traction problems on our kitchen floor and the vet suggested laying down yoga mats on his pathways. We started with those cheap thin ones and although they worked okay, they were ugly and we had to take them outside to hose them off to clean them and then hang to dry. He’s a 100-lb lab, so his nails were roughing them up and they looked pretty raggedy. It was a pleasure to get rid of them. These cork mats look nice, I can vacuum and mop them where they lay, and they clean up very well. They are no-slip and tough enough to withstand his nails, so no rips or gouges in the ??? (many) months we’ve been using them. Who knows? Maybe I’ll even use them for yoga sometime.

Great workout mat
This mat works well for me. The cork design is thick and soft enough to stay comfortable while still providing enough grip to not slip during a workout. It doesn’t like to lay completely flat if stored rolled. I kinda wish it came with a carrying strap but it was no deal breaker.

I absolutely love this yoga mat! Have used it prob a dozens times for reg and hot yoga, and itâs the best mat Iâve had. No odor, no curl, and no slip! Having a better mat seriously helps improve my yoga practice. I recommend this mat to everyone!

Durable and long lasting!
I have been using this for over a month now and it is still in excellent condition! Very sturdy and doesnât fall apart like the foam mats!!! The other non-cork mats started falling apart on me so fast, so I wanted something that would last! There are more expensive cork mats on here, but I donât see why to buy something more expensive! This mat is perfect! Would highly recommend if you want something that holds up to hard workouts!!

Stiff and slippery
Materials might be safer than others but the mat itself is slippery when practicing yoga and not rolling well, kind of stiff and dry.

I love this mat! At first I was skeptical because when I unrolled it, it wouldnât lay flat and you canât roll it with the cork side on the inside…so the ends curl down when laid out. However, after a couple of uses, when I unroll it, it now lays flat. And it is the best mat Iâve gotten so far! And Iâve tried quite a few.It is amazingly light – I never knew a mat could be so light!And it is the most grippy mat Iâve ever had. Not a sticky grippy, but a really comfortable grippy. So no slipping happening at all! And the hotter I get, the more grip there is. Itâs awesome. And it has no smell at all! So in childâs pose, I was used to smelling a light rubber smell with my previous mats. But with this one – no smell at all. And the thickness is just right – I have great balance on this mat and it doesnât hurt my knees. And as a bonus, it is so very pretty!So all in all, it is a great purchase! Amazing quality for the price! Iâve used it 6 days a week since I got it and I donât regret it one bit!Great yoga mat!!

It smells better compared to the other rubber mats and I love the design so much! Only thing is that if you sweat a lot on it the black paint comes off and makes mark on your cloth and skin, but I still use it as home practice one.
