This yoga mat handle slides down to hold the rolled mat securely on both ends. It is wide enough to feel sturdy and not cut in to the shoulder when carrying it. All in all a great strap for your mat!

The purple is just like the picture, this is a very sturdy strap, it doesnât hang too low and also provides good control over your mat so itâs not just swinging everywhere while youâre walking. Lovely packaging and I can even throw my towel over the middle just fine. Love this!

Purchased this for my thicker mat that came with an elastic-type strap which stretched out to point the mat would just fall out. This strap is great, I can adjust easily, it’s nice woven web-type of material. It is long enough to securely hold the rolled mat and have plenty of strap to carry comfortably over shoulder. It doubling as a strap to stretch is a bonus. Highly, highly recommend for anyone needing a high quality, reasonably priced strap.
