High Hopes for this hard to find type of cable
So far so good; I have high hopes for this cable as in my car I need this 90° front angle cable for my iPhone 16 pro max to fit and connect in my center console. As of this writing no other major cable makers make a front facing 90° Usb-c to USB-c cable. Itâs warranted for 2 years so thatâs pretty good!!You can find 90° Usb-c to USB-c cables but I need a front facing horizontal cable (one one end) like picture

Broke my stuff…
I really wanted to love these cables – they seemed awesome when I first got them! However, over a couple of months of use, I started noticing multiple of my devices experiencing new issues.Firstly, I used these cables to charge my Nintendo Switch. Everything seemed fine, right up until I attended an in-person tournament for a game I play. This tournament requires each entrant to hook their Switch up to provided USB docks with a provided USB Ethernet connection. Even though a USB ethernet adapter had worked at home and the last time I attended a tournament just a few months prior, my switch would not recognize the ethernet connection at all. We tried multiple docks, even ones confirmed to work with other peoples’ consoles, and nothing worked. At the time I had chalked it up to maybe being an issue with their network, since I wasn’t aware of any issues with my Switch. It was super stressful, however, having to call judges over each round to verify that my internet connection wasn’t working – and nearly got me penalized or disqualified from the tournament. I tested again when I got home, and, sure enough… Although charging and HDMI still work, my switch doesn’t recognize data input from the USB port at all now – USB ethernet, controllers, nothing. I’ll have to replace it at my expense before I can participate in another tournament. If it was just one item that suffered damage, I might not have been so quick to blame these cables, but shortly after the tournament fiasco, I charged my iPad Pro with one of these cables, since I still hadn’t made the connection yet. The next day, the iPad was no longer accepting a charge from any cable, even ones that definitely worked previously. I couldn’t charge it via its own USB port OR through the port on the Magic Keyboard (which normally charges the iPad through the pogo pins on the back of it – this is usually the fix suggested for charging problems, but even this didn’t work). I tried plugging the iPad up to my Macbook to do a restore, but the iPad was no longer recognized by my Macbook, or my partner’s Macbook, either! I took it to the Apple Store, they had no idea what was wrong and also couldn’t get it to hook up to their equipment. The bluetooth diagnostics they ran showed it wasn’t an issue with the battery. A local repair shop said that this kind of issue usually comes from “faulty charging cables”. The iPad itself is out of warranty/applecare, so I ended up having to replace that out of pocket at great expense, too. These cables were the only thing I changed about how I was charging these devices between when they worked and when they didn’t, so… It stands to reason that these are why, especially seeing at least one other review citing a similar problem. Sure, there were a couple of things I charged with these that *didn’t* break, but I don’t think it’s worth the risk, and have personally pulled these cables out of service. I’m not sure if it’s how they are constructed eventually leading to a short that can damage items, or what, but I’m certainly very disappointed and out a lot of cash as a result. Despite the convenient form factor, I would definitely advise avoiding these cables if you value your devices.I attempted to reach out to the manufacturer about a week ago via email, but thus far have not received a response. If I hear back, I will update this review.

Perfect for its purpose.
The 360 rotation head eliminates awkward angles. It did not work for my original purpose as the 360 head is slightly too large for my phone case, but that is a phone/case issue, not the cable.

Best Connector so far
This is by far one of the best connectors I have even purchased for my phone. The one caveat to this is that I just got it but so far I love it. It fits snug at the connector and allows the phone to move around without stressing the connection.

Great concept, but didn’t last.
I really enjoyed this when I first got it, aside from the charging light being too bright. Unfortunately, the swivel head side is already failing. This started about a month after getting it and had gotten progressively worse. It now needs to be in just the right position to charge, making it worse than my usual chargers.I’ll also note that there’s no magnetic component here, since it seems to be grouped with the magnetic chargers on Amazon.

In theory a great idea, in practice not so well…
In theory these should be a great idea for a USB charger with a swivel connector to your phone; however, it doesn’t really have the durability needed for daily use and the challenges of being in a vehicle as your primary charger. It never was able to charge at the full speed of the charging capabilities of the phone. The cables stopped working reliably after about 3-4 months of use.

The best 360 cable except for the light bleed.
Iâm very very happy I came across this product that Iâm stopping myself from buying more. I got a few for my iPhone in different lengths and they work very well. My only problem is at night with the light, I absolutely love this light in the day, but when Iâm asleep and either peek in the direction it is, itâs like laser beam in my face, and Iâm not talking about the two dimly lit ones on each side, itâs under the 360 connector where the split bridge is that goes right into the cable. If you can see it, there is massive light bleed that really did irritate me at night. So I ended up putting black light tape around the two dim ones and I spent a few days pushing black paint between the cable to block that heavy light bleed. But I also noticed every cable can have more and less, this should be addressed with a gasket or filler in between that space to stop the light bleed. Overall I am still happy with this type of design of a cable and I will buy more eventually.

Doesn’t work if you have a case.
The nib isn’t long enough to reach past a case (and it’s true for all our devices). When I use an extension adapter, it barely charges. Additionally, every time I plug it into my Android, it freaks out and says it’s an incompatible device.Considering that the design is not magnetic and the device does not keep the nib intact when not charging, it is crazy that they wouldn’t have it set up actually to charge your phone. I tried it with the case off and no adapter, and it still didn’t work with my phone.

I bought a pack of 3 cables 2 of them have failed and lost the fast charge and need to be fiddled with to get them to connect to the phone point. I bought these as I BELIEVED THEY WOULD PROVIDE A LONGER LIFE THAN THEY HAVE. I am so angry after so many cables fail soon after buying them, thede I hoped would solve that annoyance but have not.
