Weirdest face soap consistency ever but seems to do the trick
Okay, so this stuff feels like when you’re almost out of hand soap, so you add a little water to it and shake it around to last you until you can make it to the store. I always feel like I need 2 pumps. However, in conjunction with their other products for redness, my rosacea is very noticeably under control. So whatever it is they’re doing, it’s working. I advise you to buy the entire line though, cause I can’t guarantee it’s just this face wash. I bought the tinted day Lotion and nighttime lotion as well.

Pump Bottle Faulty
Like the product itself but pump bottle is a problem. Pump stopped working after 3 weeks. Tried cleaning and flushing to no avail. Bought another bottle hoping it was a 1 off problem. SAME THING happened. After 3 weeks, pump doesnât work. Annoying and cumbersome to open bottle and pour into hands to use – and you donât get foaming action. Have to buy separate foam soap dispenser and hope that works.

Pump is defective
I love this stuff and Iâve been using it for the last six months but the problem is the pump stops working after about a week or so of using it every day I see other people complain about the problem and why havenât you fixed it? You have a defective pump. The product itself is great. Fix the pump.
