Great Tent, Great Customer Service!
I was able to set it up by myself even though it says two people are needed. It wasn’t terribly easy but possible. The company reached out before my delivery because they had trouble getting my color and asked if I would be ok with waiting or picking a different color. The color wasn’t a big deal for me but they were able to track down the color I ordered anyway. There were three horizontal runs in one of the screen panels when it was delivered. I messaged the company and they are immediately sending a replacement. We used the tent during a downpour for an outdoor movie night. It was great! The entire family enjoyed it. We stayed dry and the mosquitos stayed out! I’m very happy with this purchase.

Absolutely NOT waterproof!!!!!
Product is very nice and sturdy. However, first night i had it up and rugs and patio furniture in it we had a mild rain. Guess what? Everything inside was soaked! Extremely disappointed! I gave it a 4 because i like the structure but donât get with intention of having anything inside if it rains.

Im so pissed. Only had it up for 3days a small wind spout. In applevalley ca of all places. Torn my tent up in seconds and as u can see put it in my tree i had 12 15 pound bricks tied to the ties and against the polls in less than 10 secs it was history.they have reached out to me .very nice response

A bit heavy but a nice party shelter
This thing is a bit of a beast to muscle around but seems well made and it is a great shelter for outdoor parties. Itâs not impossible for one person setup but much easier for a few. I like the screen feature as sometimes the bugs are brutal. Would recommend

Product failed after first use.
I bought this tent months in advance of a large family event. On the day of setup and use, everything was fine. The tent was relatively easy to set up (there were four of us), and we were able to get it up in about 40 minutes (we spent time putting on the netting). The snafu came the next day when we disassembled the tent. The four of us went to disassemble it and all of a sudden one of the support poles cracked (see photo) and the connecting washer was missing. We were disappointed because we have another event next month and planned to use it then, and once or twice a year going forward.The real problem was the customer service. I reached out to the manufacturer, who asked for photos – that I sent the same day. They asked if they could replace the support pole. I said we could begin there, as long as replacing it was simple. They agreed to send another support pole out with the hardware for an easy fix. They would send me the tracking number when it was shipped. That was two weeks and two emails ago.I have requested a full refund. $519.39 is a lot to pay for a product that breaks after the first use, that the manufacturer does not stand behind.

Beautiful Tent
I bought this tent for a family gathering and received many compliments on it. The frame was sturdy, and the canopy kept the sun off. The screen kept the insect out with the help of the citronella candles (due to traffic). I didn’t have any issues putting it up or taking it down. Will purchase again.

Great product
Good product. Easy to put up and it is sturdy. Also it stayed dry during 4 hours of hard rain. It’s abit heavy but worth the wt. The zipper on the carrying bag did break on first use but company has said they are sending a new one!

Sehr stabil, 100% Wasserdicht habe es jetzt sehr lange getestet. Steht auch im Winter drauÃen und immer noch ganz. Ich habe eine groÃe Tisch drunter und fühle mich nicht geengt.

Das 3×3 Pavillon in der Farbe khaki kam gut und sicher verpackt an.Wir haben den Faltpavillon zu dritt aufgebaut und abgebaut. Der Auf- und Abbau war einfach und ging ziemlich schnell.Beim Abbauen fällt auf, dass sich das Pavillon sehr gut zusammenfalten lässt. Platzsparend!!Das Pavillon 3×3 bietet 8-10 Personen eine Fläche von 9 Quadratmetern und eignet sich für eine Vielzahl von Anlässen wie Partys, Geburtstagsfeiern, Terrassengrillpartys oder einen Flohmarkt.Der robuste Vollfachwerkrahmen ist sehr gut verarbeitet und erhöht die Tragfähigkeit, Stabilität und Langlebigkeit.Die Stützstangen des Pavillons sind mit höhenverstellbaren Fingerknöpfen ausgestattet, man kann sie verwenden, um die Höhe (2,2m 2,3m 2,4m) nach seinen Bedürfnissen anzupassen.Die Netzseitenwände des Pavillons sind wasserdicht und sehr stabil und ermöglichen einem dadurch, die frische Luft einzuatmen und die tolle Aussicht nach drauÃen zu genieÃen. Disclaimer: Kostenlos erhalten, aber ehrliche Meinung.- – – – – – -Die Stangen sind stabil – bei immenser Windstärke muss man vermutlich aufpassen, aber das ist dann auch kein Wetter mehr für einen mobilen Pavillon – sowas bräuchte dann eine Festinstallation, und dafür nutzt man andere Gewerke!(gleiches Prinzip aber eben etwas stabiler gegen Scherkräfte).Die Abdeckung hat ein gutes strapazierfähiges Gewebe.Ebenso auch die Seitenteile – Anbringung ist easy und sie halten auch dem Wind gut stand (in diesem Fall natürlich mit gewolltem Durchzug, wenn auch gebremst!!).Die Farbe ist wie beschrieben – nicht zu intensiv, nicht zu lasch, genau so soll das sein.Der Auf- und Abbau ist mit zwei Personen innerhalb kürzester Zeit (10 Minuten maximal, Flinke schaffen es auch in 60 Sekunden ð) erledigt. Die Anleitung dazu ist verständlich geschrieben. Super einfach, man kann nichts verkehrt machen.Insgesamt ein wertiger Pavillion, der leicht und schnell ohne zusätzliches Werkzeug aufgebaut ist.Die mitgelieferten Sandsäcke sind top, weil das bei Wind und vor allem instabilem Boden (Sand in unserem Fall) dann doch besser hält. Aber für einen normalen Aufbau bei normalem Wetter und halbwegs greifendem Boden tun es Heringe auch, falls das jemand lieber ist.In der Aufbewahrungstasche kann alles verstaut und transportiert werden – sprich die ist ausreichend dimensioniert, nicht nur für die “perfekte Werksauslieferung”, sondern auch für danach :)PS: Weil das ja nicht immer garantiert ist -> Wasser ist gar kein Problem. Hält dicht.
