It’s very high quality
I really wanted stainless steel pan that was ceramic nonstick that would work with my efficient induction stove. There wasn’t too many choices in this category but alls I needed was one. It was a little pricey but it fit the bill… it was very nonstick, shiny polished stainless steel….made it look kinda classy. Yes I would recommend this item.

Perfect Balance of Durability and Non-Stick Performance!
This is by far my favorite pan! The SAKAMOSH 9.5″ Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Frying Pan exceeded my expectations in both quality and performance. The tri-ply construction ensures even heating, and the non-stick ceramic coating is fantastic—everything slides right off, from eggs to grilled cheese. Size is perfect for all the basic stuff like that. The stay-cool handle is a nice touch, and it feels secure and comfortable in hand, even during longer cooking sessions. I love that it’s compatible with all stovetops, including induction, and it truly does perform beautifully on my gas range. Plus, it’s non-toxic and PFAS, PFOA, PTFE free, which gives me peace of mind when cooking.Cleaning is super easy—usually just a quick rinse with warm water and a little detergent. I appreciate that it’s dishwasher safe, but I mostly hand wash since it’s so easy to clean. I also love that it has a classy, polished look and feels sturdy without being overly heavy. If I had to find a downside, it would be that it doesn’t come with a lid, which would have been a nice addition at this price point. But honestly, that’s a minor gripe for how well it performs.Highly recommend this pan if you’re looking for something reliable, non-toxic, and truly non-stick!

Wonderful Heavy Thick Stainless With Ceramic Pan
When I picked this pan up I couldn’t believe how heavy it was. That’s a really good thing because it means the stainless base is thick which it is. The pan heats evenly. This 8″ pan weighs about a pound more than my 8″ All-Clad pan. For some reason, though, that 8″ pan is a little less than 8″ and this pan is a little more than 8″. The handle is ergonomic and its round shape fits perfectly in my hand. The ceramic coating has worked well in gently cooking garlic, perfect sized single egg omelets, and the true test for my rating was a perfect over easy egg. My first over easy egg in this pan was one of the most perfect ones I’ve ever cooked. I don’t know how durable the ceramic coating is but I like that my research about a safer healthier alternative to Teflon is ceramic and so far I have not noticed downside to using ceramic coating vs Teflon. I don’t know about high heat as I’m only going to use this pan as I would a Teflon coated pan, mostly for medium to light heat for eggs or other gentle cooking. The quality of this pan becomes really evident once you hold it in your hand and cook with it.

A very well constructed, attractive and functional frying pan
After many years of service the Teflon coating on my 8″ frying pan started to fail so I ordered this ceramic coated pan and it is proving to be a terrific replacement. Construction quality is excellent and the polished stainless steel finish attractive. The handle stays cool while affording a comfortable grip. Heating on my coil heating element electric stove is even and the nonstick ceramic coating performs beautifully. I like to use a little oil or butter when I cook with a frying pan so I haven’t tried without oil but with oil I can attest that sticking is not a problem at all. The pan is a breeze to clean with a little hot, soapy water and soft sponge. I have absolutely no complaints about this frying pan.As with Teflon ceramic coated pans call for some care when cooking and cleaning. I use silicone or wood cooking utensils, only the soft side of the sponge and never overheat. With such care I am confident this pan will serve long and well; and it will see a lot of use.

Quality Pan
This pan is really nicely made. The base is solid and thicker – which is always a distinguishing factor from bad pans. The handle is comfortable and it performs well. My only complaint is it doesn’t include a lid – which I think it should at the price point – though it is still a great value.

Quality non-stick frying pan
This pan is amazing! The quality in workmanship shows with nice it is. My husband made a grill cheese, which sticks easily on pans. But NOT this pan, it slides right off and it was easy to clean and didn’t leave residue. The size is perfect for daily use its the right depth and size. For the price you pay for this is definitely worth it since it’s a really nice frying pan. The handle is also the perfect shape and easy to grip.

Great ceramic pan
I bought a 9.5-inch ceramic pan. Following the instructions, I first washed it with warm water and detergent. Then I tried frying two eggs using medium-low heat and a wooden spatula. I even added two small drops of cooking oil myself. The result was excellent—the egg whites separated completely from the pan, incredibly smooth. After the pan cooled down, I rinsed it lightly with water and wiped it dry with a paper towel. That’s all it took to maintain it. It’s an amazing pan. If used properly, I believe it will last a very long time. Just make sure never to use high heat or metal utensils that could scratch the surface.
