My daughter purchased this for her first apartment. The measurements were exactly spot on. I was a little hesitant about ordering a couch from Amazon, but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the couch (and I’m a tough critic!) First, my daughter lives on a 4the floor apartment with NO elevator and it’s not unusual for some delivery companies to leave larger packages at the bottom of the steps rather than delivering to the door. Amazon brought the couch to her front door! THANK YOU! The couch was very easy to put together. The quality was excellent! They have been using the couch every day for several months now and she still loves it. I’ve slept on it twice when I go visit and I love how deep it is. It’s firm yet cozy, and SO soft! If you’re hesitant about buying, don’t be! You’ll love it!

Ok… So, I took a few days to calm down before leaving my review because had I left one when I received it I would have been doing it a disservice. That being said, the instructions are HORRENDOUS!!!!!!!! I have literally assembled all of my furniture in my house alone and none of them came close to being as hard/ confusing as this. I was literally stuck on step 1 for 4 hours! Then I eventually decided to heck with this and hired a handyman to assemble it for me🤦🏾‍♀️ he had it assembled in less than an hour (even though he was stumped a few times) he eventually got it done. My only advice for Fanye, for the love of god, please rewrite the instruction manual lol. Pleaseeeee🙏🏾Now that I’ve gotten that out of the way. I LOVE MY NEW COUCH 😩😩😩 the headache was totally worth it! It came within a week and a half to arrive (ups rescheduled my delivery date) and all 3 boxes arrived at the same time and was packaged ( vacuum sealed) extremely well nothing was missing or damaged. All the necessary components were in the box and labeled accordingly. It smells so good 😊 The fabric is extremely soft and smooth. It’s firm but not hard and soft at the same time if that makes sense. It is a big boy, I’m 5 6” and have plenty of room in it. I believe that if it is cared for properly it will last a while. As far as height goes, again, I am 5 6” and sitting in or getting up doesn’t bother me. Now the back part is kind of thin I feel the inner parts when I move the pillows and lean back but when I’m laying down I don’t feel anything. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase (horrible instructions and all) would I recommend this couch? Absolutely!!!!!! If you’re on the fence about buying it I say go for it. You’ll love it.Ps. the pillows were flat so I fluffed them by hand and then put 2 at a time in the dryer on low heat for 15 minutes

Don’t buy if it’s not backing up to a wall!
Ok, this couch had the stupidest instructions I have ever seen. and the back two pieces had a four inch wide gap that is HIDEOUS. I wish there would have been photos of the back of the couch as our set up does not work to have it against a wall. The back is super short too, so not good for sitting up straight. If it had a taller back and a couple big pillows instead of a bunch of small pillows (and no horrendous gap) I would LOVE this couch. But alas, the pillows dont stay in place and the short back is uncomfortable. But it is SOFT and the Chaise portion is super comfy. I lie down to watch tv after a long day of work and start drifting off. It’s not high quality and we will be lucky if it last two years with our kids but for the price, it’s not bad.. but that gap in the back drive me absolutely bonkers. WHYYYY. Chaise portion- 9/10 Couch portion 5/10.
