Outstanding performance and reliability!
I am absolutely blown away by the Ninja Everclad Commercial-Grade Stainless Steel Pan! As someone who loves cooking and has tried my fair share of cookware, this pan has quickly become a kitchen favorite. It combines professional-grade performance with exceptional durability, and it makes cooking a joy every time I use it.Superior Cooking Performance:The heat distribution on this pan is second to none. Whether Iâm searing steaks, sautéing vegetables, or simmering sauces, the Ninja Everclad Pan ensures even heat throughout. There are no hot spots, and everything cooks beautifully and consistently. My food browns evenly and cooks faster than with my previous pans, which is a huge time-saver! I can also achieve restaurant-quality sears on meats, which is impressive for a home kitchen.Commercial-Grade Durability:This pan is built like a tank. The construction is solid and feels incredibly durable, with its multi-layered stainless steel and aluminum core. The Everclad technology ensures long-lasting performance without warping or scratching, even with daily use. Iâve been using it for a few weeks now, and it still looks brand new! Itâs clearly made to withstand years of heavy cooking, and itâs great to know Iâve invested in cookware that will last.Nonstick Performance (Without the Chemicals):I was particularly impressed by how this pan offers a near nonstick experience without using any toxic chemicals. The stainless steel surface allows me to cook with less oil, and food doesnât stick as easily, making cleanup a breeze. Itâs like having the best of both worldsâcommercial-grade stainless steel with the ease of cooking that rivals nonstick pans.Ergonomic and Comfortable Handle:The handle design is top-notch. Itâs ergonomically shaped, and I love how comfortable it feels in my hand. Itâs also heat-resistant, so I donât have to worry about burning myself while cooking on the stovetop. The riveted handle adds extra durability, ensuring it wonât come loose over time. Plus, it has a nice, balanced weight that makes it easy to maneuver without being too heavy or unwieldy.Easy to Clean:Cleanup is a breeze! Iâve found that the Ninja Everclad Pan is surprisingly easy to clean compared to other stainless steel pans Iâve owned. The food doesnât stick, so washing it is quick and effortless. Iâve also thrown it in the dishwasher a few times without any issues. It maintains its shine and finish, and Iâve never seen any discoloration or rust.Versatility for Any Cooking Style:This pan is incredibly versatile and works on all stovetops, including induction, gas, and electric. It also has an oven-safe design, so I can easily transfer dishes from the stovetop to the oven for finishing. Whether Iâm frying, browning, simmering, or even baking, this pan does it allâand does it exceptionally well.Final Thoughts:The Ninja Everclad Commercial-Grade Stainless Steel Pan is by far one of the best pieces of cookware Iâve ever used. From its impeccable cooking performance and durability to its ease of use and cleanup, it has exceeded all my expectations. If you’re looking for a high-quality, versatile, and long-lasting pan, I highly recommend giving this one a try. Itâs a game-changer in the kitchen!

Healthy but requires technique â not for beginners.
This pan is well-made with tri-ply construction, heats evenly, and feels durable enough for serious use. Itâs definitely a healthier option compared to traditional non-stick pans since itâs free of harmful chemicals and oven safe up to 600°F. However, there is a learning curve. If youâre used to non-stick, be prepared – food will stick if you donât preheat the pan properly and use enough oil or fat. Itâs perfect for searing and works great across all stovetops, but itâs not the kind of pan you can just throw eggs into without thinking. Once you get the technique down, though, it delivers excellent results and gives you that professional cooking feel.

Easy to use and clean
This is my first stainless pan, like many other I’m trying to steer clear of big Teflon. I love to cook with this, we plan on buying the set. One photo shows new and the other after about 3 months of use.

Hard to get clean
The pan is good but very difficult to clean even when using non stick spray or oil. I have tried heating water in it to loosen the residue from cooking. I have tried several products and nothing helps except a lot of scrubbing.

So worth it.
Well-made and such a delight to use. Non-stick, if you pre-heat properly. So glad I bought this and switched from a regular non-stick pan to this.

$70 Too Much for a Dinged Pan
Without the dings and abrasions, it’s a five star pan. It’s beautiful. Low heat & peanut oil, a nylon spatula & Bar Keepers Friend is probably all one needs to succeed where Teflon and ceramics would only tread before. My wife actually advised me not to return this as it’s going to get beat up anyway over its 50-year estimated lifetime. “Yes, dear” should have been my answer. But, this is the 21st Century. I’m held to a QA/QC standard at my place of employment. Ninja should be too. I’m asking for a replacement. Please don’t tell my wife!My first guess is that this particular pan was destined for the outlet store. It’s packaging was pristine (not a return). Perhaps it was just a case where “Amazon” sort of rhymes with “Outlet.”And perhaps the factory thought that most people wouldn’t care about a cosmetic blemish -> Poor business decision to double the shipping cost and add MRP overhead to process a return. So Ninja, you get a one star review for going with data that favors this path.

This panâs a beast. The tri-ply stainless steel heats evenlyâno hot spots when searing steaks or crisping potatoes. Oven-safe to 600°F? Perfect for finishing dishes without swapping pans. Works flawlessly on my induction stove, and the handle stays cool(ish) and feels sturdy.Pros:- Durable: Survives my chaotic kitchen (and dishwasher).- Versatile: From eggs to braises, nothing sticks *too* bad if you preheat properly.- Sleek: Looks pro, even when Iâm burning garlic.Cons:- Heavy: Arm day every time I flip a pancake.- Learning curve: Newbies might need patience with stainless steelâs stickiness.Verdict: Worth the splurge if you want a pan thatâll outlive your cravings

Looks great out of the box. Heated to high before first use. Left the meat sear before turning only to find it is still sticking. Cleaning was problematic, only once you see the underside of the use instructions do you note, the specific stainless steel cleaning requirements and no mention of dishwasher safe… so manual cleaning, it still sticks like crazy, and quite disappointed actually. I LOVED the black Ninja pans, but the coating would come free and bubble, I thought this was the next best step. Alas, still trying to find that Unicorn in the kitchen.

This is the best all clad frying pan you can find in the market for this price range! I have been using it consistently for about 4 months and itâs still looking like day 1. If I needed one I would buy it again!
