Excellent As Expected
Chose this pan from among hundreds to choose from based upon Consumer Reports recommendation. Turns out they were right, it’s a great pan. Very well-made and of course heavy/sturdy. Even heating and easy to handle with the stay-cool handle. Already used and washed (either by hand and/or dishwasher) dozens of times, but still seems good as new. Note that it is NOT a non-stick pan so things like eggs will stick, but easy enough to clean off after soaking in water for a while.

Great pan when used correctly.
First off this is Stainless Steel. That means for it to work right you have to use it correctly. With stainless you have to put it over medium heat for two minutes to warm and seal it. Then spray it or put in your butter. Doing this keeps eggs and other things from sticking to the pan. This pan has been great for large gatherings. First its size handles all the big meals. The quality of the pan itself is very good. I find it cleans up easily as long as I prep it before I put anything in it.

Good quality product from OXO, which has a great line of products. Please note that Pam and other sprays should not be used, but using a light coating of olive oil or butter works perfectly. Food will stick a bit, but soaking the pan, adding some Dawn, removes things fairly easily if you give things a few minutes. Would buy again.

I am not a fancy cook, just a mom trying to get away from non-stick pans who’s coating tears and leach carcinogens into my family’s foods.Theses are easy to clean, and easy to cook with. They feel sturdy and heat evenly with a bottom that works wonderfully with my glass top stove. The bottoms won’t warp, like some of the other pans I’ve had did.I bought this brand and style in particular because Consumer Reports recommended them, and I am not disappointed.

EVERYTHING STICKS
Really disappointed. I always use oil or butter and still everything sticks. The pan has a nice weight and seems solid but I really hate that everything sticks.

NOT dishwasher safe!
I seldom write reviews, but I must confess I am disappointed in this product from OXO. Iâve had really positive experiences with their products in the past and was expecting the same with this purchase. The advertisement clearly said it was dishwasher safe. But when I got the pan, they suggested I might not want to put it in the dishwasher. I did anyway. After a half dozen washes, it is now rusted in two different places-on the handle and the bottom of the pan. So, if you really want to use your dishwasher, be prepared for rust!!
