Great pan
Looks to be extremely well made with a beautiful shape that reminds me slightly of a wok. It has a bit of weight to it so persons with joint/muscle issues would probably need to take care with moving it around especially when it is filled. I like that the handle is detachable which makes it easy for storage and I like that it is a solid handle and not hollowed. It works well as I was able to fry an egg without sticking, (as seen in the image the after effects), you just need to ensure your pan is hot enough and then adjust the heat to what’s needed for your meal. As it is stainless steel it is expected to be rust resistant. Cook time was short seeing as I only made eggs but the pan preheated in a timely manner. Overall good value for money.

I was pleasantly surprised of the quality and certainly would recommend it to anyone looking for in my opinion a pan very similar to the All-Clad French skillet. Nice and deep with sloping sides. Much heavier than I imagined (4.50 lbs.) I have to mention that the lid fits perfectly on my 12 inch All-Clad skillet and my 12 inch Viking Professional skillet. I like that the lid is clear with a vent hole. This pan would make a very nice gift and will be purchasing additional ones for that reason. My first test were two eggs over easy along with some Rappa Scrapple and released with no problems. I recommend using Bar Keepers Friend every time when cleaning. It takes a little practice using stainless steel, but once you get the hang of it, youâll be very happy. Bon appétit.

Not really 12 inches
This is NOT a 12 inch pan. The TOP is but the bottom (the part that matters if you have a big family is between 8 and 9 inches. Kind of annoying but I think I’m going to keep it because it cooked well.

No logo on pan like pictured
First time using it, it stained a little bit but I think I can remove that with stain remover, or seasoned better. The one detail I noticed with looking at other reviews is that some pans donât have the logo on the lid like it shows on the advertised photos. Mine doesnât have the logo on the lid or the handle of the pan! Idk I hope it is still an âoriginalâ

Its the first time I’m using a stainless steel pan, I wanted to get rid of the Teflon ones. Ive done my research and opted for stainless steel instead of cast iron. I have heated the pan before and done the rolling water balls test to be sure its at the right temperature. Then Ive added oil and tossed in the ingredients. Works perfectly if you stir well, doesn’t stick at all. I’m amazed. I’m going to buy a smaller size as well.Late edit: after using it a few times, Ive noticed that a side of it heaths up less than the rest and it got a brown spot like a burn. It still doesnt stick, but it looks like it has some internal damage on the layers or smth

Excelente sarten, tuve que volver aprender a cocinar pero no me arrepiento.Estamos mal acostumbrados al teflón que olvidamos las reglas básicas de la cocina, el control de las temperaturas.Llevo 15 dÃas usándolo, hice huevos estrellados, carnes, papas fritas, y guisos. Todo excelente pero el huevo es lo más complicado.Este material alcanza temperaturas altas muy rápido, especial para sellar carnes y ahorrar energÃa o gas.

La cure pero aun asà se manchó (un pequeño circulo negro quemado) espero salga con vinagre. Los remaches de la tapa estan sueltos y no vienen bien apretados.
