Purchased 10 & 12 inch stainless steel fry pans. These are fantastic! You get even heat, food doesnât stick and clean up is easy. Since these donât have a non-stick coating I anticipate years of cooking with these fry pans.

These are my favorite pans. Having two sizes is perfect. They clean up easily. They should last forever because they are not coated in anything. I couldnât say enough good things about this brand. Highly recommend. I canât believe it took me so long to find them! Just buy them, you wonât go back! Worth every dollar. I have used mine for one year now, and I cook all the time, and I am still loving them.

I love these all clad pans. I bought a set of two. These pans conduct heat so well that my meat comes out perfectly every time. The glass lid is a great feature to be able to see what youâre cooking while keeping meat juicy. The pans are very versatile. Works for meat, veggies & rice, no problem. Non stick. Easy to clean.

Last pans weâll ever buy!
We are so glad we bought these pans. We kept going through cheaper nonstick pans, and we probably wasted more money on replacing cheap pans than what we spent with these two. I always assumed anything but a nonstick pan would be an absolute headache to clean, but these are every bit as easy to clean as a new nonstick pan, and they are much easier to clean than a nonstick pan whose coating has worn. The key is to season the pan when you first get it, and then each time you use it, let it warm before using spray, butter, or oil.As pleased as we are with the ease of cleaning the pans, the way they cook is so much better than a cheap pan. These heat evenly, and hold their heat like a cast iron skillet. You can cook as quickly with the stove heat set lower, and because the heat evenly, the food cooks more predictably, giving you a much better quality meal.I do wish weâd bought the kids, but because these are standard size, the kids from our old pans work fine. Will definitely upgrade to the All Clad kids at some point, but until then we will continue cooking with these two knowing hey are the last pans we will ever need to buy!Highly highly recommend these.

Excellent product as long as you don’t mind the cost.
All-Clad is definetely a quality product, but pricey. Hoping these last a few years at the very least. They do spread heat evenly and are consistent to cook with. They don’t have a non-stick surface like teflon etc but clean up is still easy.

Looks like it will last forever. It is seamless and doesn’t have a welded on steel plate like those found on WMF cookware. Heats evenly.

Love the quality, love the (not too heavy) weight of the pan, love that the handles don’t heat up when cooking. It’s been a bit of a learning curve working out how to cook without stuff sticking but I’ve got it worked out. And they are easy enough to clean so they shine like new when I’m done. Very happy with these pans.

They are very well made.BE SURE TO MAKE THEM HOT !!!!! Everything will stick to stainless steel unless the pan is hot enough. If water drops forms little balls that float in the pan then its hot enough and you can make eggs that do not stick. If the pan is too cold then everything will stick.Requires minimal effort to get the temperature right and then works well.Negative reviews are due to user error and using too low temperature.All Clad sells a cheap set of lids that is for coated pans and it does not really fit. Be aware of that
