Kept me dry!
So far so good! Used for 2 (light) camping trips to date since purchase. It withstood and stayed dry in a downpour, no dripping anywhere or leaking at seams. Easy to put up, one person can do it. Just wish the fly awning over the front door was longer, but otherwise a great tent.

Great tent but a little cramped for 4
First off the tent sets up quickn can easily be done with 1 person and is pretty spacious. You will probably have to pack an extra tarp as the floor material isn’t the most sturdy. The only con I had was that the tent was barley able to fit 2 people with cots and gear under the Cot. I can definitely see it fitting maybe 3 people comfortably if they are sleeping on the floor with gear. Only other thing is that the zipper sometimes gets caught and you really need to pull the tent taunt.

Fast and Easy
I put this up by myself in less than 15 minutes (BTW I’m a 70 year old female). It was a test run to make sure I could do it by myself and make sure all the parts were there and working. It took a little bit of strength to pull the poles out and pop the button into place, but after the first one it became easier. I’m about 5 ft 9 and can stand even at the sides. Because I’m tall it wasn’t a struggle to get the rain fly on. I also had a new queen size mattress to test so I popped it in and inflated it. I do agree with other reviewers that say this tent is better suited to two people than four if you’re going to use a queen size mattress. This was the camping trip I decided I was going to skip the 9-in Coleman mattress and a tent I cannot stand up in, I debated for quite a while between the Caddis and the Gazelle T4, The Caddis won because it has steel poles and a traditional front entry. Unfortunately, they ship it with the kind of tent stakes that are sure to bend while you’re putting them in the ground. I anticipated that and ordered heavy duty stakes to avoid the issue. So far, the only con I can see is like most tents it’s a struggle to get it back into its carry bag.Edit, I did have the opportunity to take it out camping and found that there were multiple places where the zipper was sewn in but the stitching had missed the mark. That was also one place where a kind of binding that the zipper is sewn to was not sewn down and that was the place that kept catching. I could have fixed it but for this price I decided to return it as defective. It is fast and easy, it is stable- even in the wind. But the craftsmanship was less than what I wanted for the price I paid. I may reorder and hope to get one that has no defects but I haven’t made up my mind yet.

Great weatherproof instant tent, spacious and well-designed
This easily fits 2 large cots with some walking room. Or in our case, a pack-n-play and large cot. The instant popup design works GREAT, it’s so so simple to have this up within 2 minutes. Stake it down and you’re good to go. Throw on the rainfly and stake that down and this has sat through many heavy rain storms.Plenty of pockets and organization spaces including a mesh net at the top. Tall enough for me (6’2″) to stand up in. The walls are close to vertical which means the usable groundspace is much larger than other shorter tents. For example the ozark trail 6 person instant that is very similar and almost identical footprint has much less usable space because the walls are slanted in so heavily.Overall you can’t go wrong. As other say, the zipper sucks. Lube it up with plenty of beeswax though and it’s not too bad.

Easy to set up, jeep camping (not backpacking) light and sturdy
Just used this tent for a jeep trip to Point Sublime, North Rim, Grand Canyon. Camped 10 feet from the edge. Tent was great. Fast and easy to set-up. Windows and top panels were a mesh that kept the bugs out, and let air in. We could see the moon and stars through the mesh. You can also use the rain cover and zip the window flaps to seal out the cold/rain if necessary. We did not have rain, so cannot verify “waterproofness.” Tent fit two large cots with a 2.5 ft isle between them. More people if they sleep on the floor. Outstanding two-person tent. The rain-seal-flap on the door was somewhat annoying occasionally catching in the zipper, but it was far from a deal breaker.

Camping tent
Very easy to set up. It kept me cool on a warm summer evening. I like the rain cover. That is why I decided on this model. I only had a light rain shower experience, however. No major downpours to test it, yet. I always use a tarp under it, then add a washable camping mat to the floor. And, I use a folding cot to sleep on. I highly recommend this model for serious tent campers.

More pros than cons
I did a lot of research on a tent for a Boy Scout camp out. This is what I choose. It worked well. But it was not without issues. I would recommend but buyers should know these pros and consProsIt does go up in 30 seconds, no exaggerationThe height is nice to have, you can stand up insideConstruction was durableIt rained and the rain cover worked as it shouldConsItâs very heavy – all those parts that make it easy to set up, add upItâs not very compact once downIt takes 30 secs to put and down, but 10 min to get it in the bagThe door zipper snags on the fabric around it – avoidable once you know but annoyingIf youâre not very tall you have to partially collapse the tent to get rain cover over the topThe floor is not water proofA bit priceyYou could fit 6 people but I wouldnât – more like 4 people max if you have any stuff you want inside with youNone of the cons were fatal and other tents have their issues too.
