Beautiful and strong
I can’t speak to longevity for this set, because I’ve only had it a few days. But, it was super easy to set up, and all tools and hardware were included. I ordered dark gray, but it’s definitely got a navy blue tint to it. I’ve tried warm light, white light and combo of the two, and it really seems quite blue to me. Gray, but blueish. Not an issue for me, just wanted to mention it.As to comfort, it’s very nice. Firm but comfortably so. Feels like it’s going to hold up well. The frame seems solid and fabric is thick and feels strong. I’m very happy with my choice of this set.As for shipping: I got the two corner sections and both ottomans three days before anticipated, and both armless sections came together a couple days later. I was notified when they would arrive both by email via FedEx and text by FedEx as well. No complaints! Delivery was courteous and the delivery guy literally brought them in to my foyer for me.Overall, so far, so good! No complaints.

Beautiful couch but missing parts
The couch is gorgeous and so soft. It is truly oversized and can fit my 6 foot son and a couple friends comfortably. Another great find on Amazon.4 stars because this couch was missing 8 legs. The backs, seats, front arm sides and ottoman have “feet”, so I should have received 26 feet, unfortunately I only received 18. I contacted the seller who (after several emails back and forth) replied that they would send the missing legs and components as soon as they could. It has been over two weeks, still nothing. We are unable to use the couch because it is partially put together.

Love this couch!
I LOOOOVE this couch! I love the size, the color, the cushiness- and it was easy to set up. My biggest complaint was the shipping. One box came under the tracking and when it was dropped off the entire order was marked as delivered even though I had 5 more boxes to come… which I only knew this from looking at the pictures and videos because when I reached out for support I was met with “allow until this date” which was like a week away, then “allow 48 hours,” and then finally the packages showed up randomly with FedEx. It would have been nice to receive a notification that it was going to be multiple deliveries, because I totally understand that happens, but getting no help and no info for something at this price point was definitely nerve wracking… BUT the couch itself is phenomenal and that’s why this is getting 4/5 stars
