Good screen protector and filter
This is not the peel and stick type of screen filter, rather it is almost like another piece of glass that mounts using a lip of sorts to the top of the monitor and hangs in front of the monitor screen. I was skeptical at first thinking it would distort the images and wording on pages, however that is not the case at all. I like it for what I wanted it for, to provide some level of privacy on my screen.

Worth the price
I made the mistake of ordering the film which is taped to the screen, it was a colossal disaster. The film had waves because of the thin material and I could not get it to stay in place. In addition the tape looked awful and did not help much. I finally returned it and purchased this one which is a solid acrylic screen which sits perfectly on the screen and no distortion of any sort. Pay the difference and get right the first time.

Privacy that the entire world can SEE
What I liked about the screen is it’s true to size. I bought this on the pretense that it would be privacy screen. Unfortunately, that would not be the case. The screen is good blue blocking. Should not be advertised as a privacy screen. I will be returning.

Le filtre de confidentialité fonctionne mais nous avons retourné le produit à cause des reflets des éclairages, des autres écrans allumés ou tout simplement de la lumière du jour qui rendent impossible l’utilisation de l’ordinateur. Nous avons des écrans LED mats avec ce filtre nous gagnions en confidentialité mais perdions en confort visuel donc aucun intérêt sauf si on travaille dans l’obscurité.

As soon as I put these on the screen the reduction in glare was apparrant, I have 2 screens a different angles – some of the screen at the very bottom and sides are a little fuzzy, but I can put up with that to stop the migraines. The privacy works well also, I didn’t specifically buy it for that, but it is an added bonus for when I am doind accounts and need my screen to be private, I now dont have to shut it down or move onto another programme when people come up to my desk. Great piece of kit and although expensive – I did have to think about buying them, I am glad I i they are worth the money.

There is a significant issue: for my work in Mental Heath, I use an inbuilt webcam. When you use the webcam with the GUDTEKE screen, the image becomes very blurred which makes the GUDTEKE privacy screen impossible to use. Back to the migraines I suppose.

Prior to using this cover, my screen had appeared a bit grainy. I was also getting headaches from the brightness of my screen. After having had this screen cover on for a few hours, my eyes are feeling loads better, and much less strained. Highly recommend. Worth paying the price for better eye comfort.

The security screen fulfils the purpose for which it advertises. It is difficult to see what is on the monitor unless you are right in front of it. We had gotten some security screens previous to this one, but they were difficult to attach and, frankly, rather unsightly. We did not like that the tape showed. This screen is not attached with tape and so far has stayed in place. You just simply lay it over the top. So itâs ready out of the box.It is Heavy enough to stay put without any issue. I installed two of them at a medical office today and they work great. I didn’t see any issue with glare from the overhead lights. They are installed easily and hang well on the monitors. I used the silicone pads included in the box to help secure the filters, although they seemed to mount well even without the silicone pads installed. Most importantly, they cut the viewing angle considerably, which helps protect sensitive information from prying eyes.Since they block some of the light, I had to increase the brightness on the monitors, it was harder for me to see everything. From behind the monitors, looking directly at the monitor is fine, but as soon as you move left or right, the screen starts to go dark. At about 35-45 degrees, it’s completely dark.These not only protect your screens but help with privacy and Anti-Blue Light And UV. All in all, it is a great filter that requires little to no effort to install. Highly recommend.Hope this review helps.
