Very versatile SS pan for a decent price.
Iâve been using this stainless steel frying pan on my glass top electric stove, and itâs been awesome! With proper oiling (I use avocado oil), sticking is kept to a minimum, which makes cooking a lot easier. Cleaning is a breeze, and while I know you could toss it in the dishwasher, I prefer to hand wash it to protect the finish. The pan heats evenly, and I love how versatile it is for everything from sautéing to frying. Itâs durable, and the handle stays cool to the touch, making it comfortable to use. Overall, itâs a great pan that Iâm sure will last a long time!

Performs as well as the expensive brands
I cook a little bit at home and have done food prep as part of my job at a coffee shop. I’ve used pots and pans from several major brands including All-Clad, Cephalon, Le Creuset, Faberware, as well as industry cookware. All-Clad is my favorite. This pan is a great alternative to All-Clad. I was looking for stainless steel on cook surface and stove surface, which this has. It also has an elevated handle with a triangular cross section, so you can get a firm grip without burning your knuckles. The handle is attached by rivets, which is superior to the alternative, welding. Why? Because rivets are almost impossible to break. It heats up quickly and evenly. It also seasoned remarkably well, maybe better than my All-Clad. I’ve only used it a couple times and it’s already fairly non-stick. I’m happy with the size. I tend to use 12″ pans because that’s typically enough to prepare meals for a family of 2-6+. However a 10″ is easier to wash and handle, and is big enough for 2-4 people. My only issue is that I prefer a second handle across from the long one, particularly on a bigger pan. And ideally the handle would have a divot or be flat (like All-Clad or Cephalon) to prevent slipping and rolling, but the triangular cross section is adequate. Mainly, you don’t want a round handle. The pan feels heavier/denser than my All-Clad so I wonder if the center layer is made of something different. Has not presented any problems and I’m very pleased with the heat conduction. For a home cook, this is functionally equivalent to the name brands for a fraction of the price. As far as quick heat conduction and ease of seasoning, it is superior to some of the brand name pans I’ve owned. I’m very impressed. I have not tried to bake anything in it yet but will report back when I do.

Beautiful pan and really is non-stick!
First off this is a large size pan, big enough for pretty much anything you need to cook. Its also beautiful and has a nice hefty weight to it! Feels very high quality and looks like a professional kitchen pan and works like one too. I tried cooking up a pound of Italian sausages in it to christen it. Sprayed a little canola oil in it first and then put in the sausages and cranked up the stove. Browned and cooked them evenly and perfectly and they never stuck while cooking. Couldn’t be easier!Afterwards, there was some brown residue in the pan but it cleaned right up with some hot water and detergent. (The picture is after cooking and washing). The handle is nicely shaped too and fits well in your hand and the best part is it does NOT get hot while cooking. You don’t need an oven mit or anything to handle it. Love this pan and you will too!

I love this stainless steel pan.
There are stainless steel pans and then there are great stainless-steel pans. This pan doesn’t stain, easy to wash by hand and most definitely is non-stick. I simple seasoned the pan before the first use, and it hasn’t disappointed me yet. I’ve seared a steak in there, made eggs, fried bacon and yet, it hasn’t stuck. For the price, it is a great value. This is a must for any kitchen.

Very nice frying pan slightly larger than 10″
The frying pan came interestingly wrapped with a black cloth bag secured at the handle with a drawstring. Once you unwrap the drawstring and remove the black bag, there is a bubble wrap bag as well. Upon removing it I was surprised to see how shiny and smooth the surface of the pan was. We own several SS frying pans and they usually have a sort of matte finish but this one is glossy looking in appearance. It almost makes me think this has a transparent coating of some kind on it but the specifications indicate it does not. This has some weight to it which is good but not as heavy as an IKEA frying pan that we also own. The handle is riveted onto the pan and wonât be coming off soon. I was surprised when I measured this pan because it is 11″ in diameter not 10″. The frying surface measures 8″ as the edge of the frying pan opens up to the 11″. Frying with it, is as you would expect and this makes a nice addition to our SS frying pan collection. But because it is 11″ wide, we deciding where we will store this since it won’t fit in the cabinet we have for these.

Great quality frying pan
This is a great quality 10in stainless steel frying pan. I have been using this pan a lot for frying eggs in the morning and I love this pan for this. It is nonstick and my eggs have not been sticking on this pan. I have also used this to make some sauces and gravies and it has worked great. To clean it, I like to soak it in water for a few minutes and then wiping it with soap and warm water. Overall, this is a very durable and a great quality pan.

High Quality Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Pan
This is a great, medium-sized, stainless steel pan. It’s tri-ply construction makes this high quality and with even heat distribution for cooking. When I treat my stainless steel pots and pans like cast-iron and season them after washing them, I never have any issues with food sticking. This pan is easy to clean and I love that I don’t have to worry about any non-stick coatings coming off in my food while cooking. Stainless steel is some of the best non-toxic cookware there is. The handle stays cool to the touch while cooking and is very comfortable.
