This is a great frying pan! The stainless steel base is perfectly flat so the pan does not “rock” on the stove surface and the heat is evenly distributed. The non stick surface is very durable very effective. I prefer to cook with a small amount of oil or butter but foods could be prepared without using either. The match lid is a bonus!

This pan is awesome! Cooks nicely at a lower heat and is so easy to clean after cooking. I enjoyed it so much I bought the next size larger. Love the lid, so many do not have a lid with their pans. I recommend this product.

Seems to sear well and cook nicely. However, it is smaller than expected. The diameter given is across the top of the pan. The actual cooking surface is several inches smaller.

These are great
I love these pans. Excellent value for the money. You have to put the handles on the lids and pans but it is easy and well designed. The pans are combed non stick and work well. The combing can be felt with your finger and is felt when you use a utensil. It poses no issues at all, but it does not feel smooth like teflon. They are not heavy as 3 ply stainless pans but they are not as light as typical teflon coated aluminum. Somewhere in the middle. These are very similar to a famous chefs comb non stick pans but for a fraction of the price. I am very pleased with the pans .

I really can’t make an honest review of this item. I took one feel of the bottom of the pan and decided it was too textured feeling to be a true non stick pan. I mean, maybe it is. But if it is not smooth to begin with, I’m already thinking it’s going to be a problem. So back it went. Maybe I should have given it more of a chance but I just didn’t feel like dealing with another low quality purchase. I’m so tired of false advertising. I guess you can say I’m a little tainted.
