Returned it, didnât fit my Subie
Had to return it. Amazon verified that it would fit my 2015 Subaru forester but it was far from a good fit. Wouldnât stretch around my backseat, the seatbelts were a nightmare to work around, didnât allow access to my backseat cupholder, and it was impossible to work with, donât get me started on the headrests. The front seats were an okay fit, but it stretched in a way that made it uncomfortable to lean back into. It was nice material but just didnât work out like I thought it would.

Like laying a sheet on the front of your seat & tying it behind the seat with elastic bands.
These seat covers are much like using a flat sheet as a fitted sheet on your mattress- they just kinda flop against the front of the seat, then there’s elastic strands that you pull on the back side of the seat and tie them together- that’s what holds the sheet-like seat cover in place.They’ll probably keep the seat covered, but they are also very thin and cheap feeling so dirt and spills might actually just seep through the covers anyway.I had purchased these for a new car, I drove the car for about two weeks when I found out the car was junk and I had to return it. I couldn’t untie the elastic strands, so I had to cut them! Therefore I couldn’t use them again, so I don’t know how long they would’ve lasted or how well they would’ve protected the seats. I would say that once you have them on, you can’t get them off without cutting them- therefore they can’t be washed and put back on!When I tied the elastic strands, I just tied them in a bowtie. But the stretchy elastic had tightened so much (within just two weeks) that I couldn’t pull the bowtie apart. Maybe using a different type of knot might be easier to get apart.Also, I put them on leather seats, they do not stay in place on leather seats. I had to adjust them back into place every time I get out of the car
