Good Purchase!
In my opinion, the three 3ï¸â£ pan set is a good value for the price. The three 3ï¸â£ different sizes are useful, and the pans appear to be of a good quality. So far, I think that it was a good purchase! ð

Description compared to directions
These came today. The directions say wash by hand and use silicone or wood utensilsâ¦which I hate! So much for sturdy! Need to compare the description on Amazon with actual product directions. Will keep them because I have a feeling most nonstick is the same way.ð

nonstick
Best pans I have ever owned. Nonstick quality equal to more expensive pans. Definitely worth the price.

I love this ceramic pan set
My Teflon non-stick pans are showing their age, being less and less non-stick now. I only use nylon, wood, and now silicone utensils with them, and store them with separators, all to protect the surfaces as long as possible. Because of arthritis, I do put my pans through the dishwasher though. I have tried Hexclad style pans and did not like them, so I have been going towards ceramic pans. Ceramic non-stick will never beat a Teflon one for non-stickiness, unless the Teflon is worn out like mine, but ceramic does come close, and getting closer all the time. These ceramic pans have very very good non-stick surfaces, better than some cheap Teflon ones I have tried. They have been through the dishwasher many times, and are showing no reduction in the surface. One of the nicer features of these pans is that, unlike most every other aluminum pan out there, these are coated on the outside of the pan, eliminating the one thing that makes most manufacturers claim that their are not dishwasher safe – NO ALUMINUM OXIDATION on the bottom. The detergents oxidize bare aluminum creating a grey powdery residue that gets on anything that touches it. If the aluminum is not coated (usually enamel or a heat resistant powdercoat usually), and it is a cheap alloy or pure aluminum, then this will always happen to the exposed parts in the dishwasher. These are powdercoated on the bottom, including the steel plate that allows these to be used on induction, so there is no oxidation. The pans all accept standard size lids, but the set does not come with any. In use, the handles are some of the better ones I have used in regards to staying cool, and I use a gas stove with large diameter burners. I do wish that the handles were riveted on with more stainless ones, which would make them easier to clean off if hand-washing. Although I do run these through the dishwasher, it is only when the pans need more than just a quick-wipe down with Dawn, which is usually if the rivets get stuff stuck on and around them, or I am worried about taste/smell transfers from certain dishes. My hands make it tough, but these pans do clean up really easily. I really like this set, and I think they are well worth the price, as they will last a lot longer that a cheap Teflon one.

Lightweight, Good Heat Conductivity
I haven’t had enough time yet to judge scratch resistance, but my early impressions are that these frying pans are light weight but conduct heat well. I think I’d avoid putting the temperature above 7 or 8 at the maximum. I didn’t notice them causing any markings on a dark ceramic cooktop. One thing to keep in mind – the largest pan is only 11″. Most large pans these days are 12″ and the difference is a little bit noticeable. No stars removed; the sizes are clearly listed in the title and description.
