AUTHENTIC COOKSY: This is an authentic Cooksy-branded pan, a brand dedicated to developing high-quality and innovative cooking products.
HYBRID SURFACE: The Cooksy pan’s hybrid surface consists of a very thin raised stainless pattern above an “Eterna by Whitford” coating layer, the same type of coating used for high-end non-stick pans. The raised stainless pattern helps develop flavor and protects the coating layer from damage, and the coating layer helps food release and glide more easily than a traditional stainless steel pan.
EASY-RELEASE: The Cooksy pan’s hybrid surface enhances flavor development by bonding with your food, similar to pure stainless steel pans. Releasing the bond is effortless—just cook with a small amount of oil or butter, and give your food a gentle nudge with a spatula. Experience the same flavors as with stainless steel but with a more glide-friendly surface.
METAL UTENSIL SAFE: Unlike pure non-stick pans, the Cooksy pan is completely safe to use with metal utensils due to the protection afforded by the raised stainless steel pattern. You won’t have to worry about scratches or damage to the pan, allowing you to cook with confidence.
EASY TO CLEAN: The Cooksy pan is durable enough to withstand abrasive cleaning tools. Thanks to the long-lasting easy release surface, you will rarely need anything more than warm water and a brush to wipe it clean. You can also put it in the dishwasher.
EVEN HEATING: The Cooksy pan is constructed with a multi-layer design that includes a thick aluminum core, ensuring that heat is distributed evenly throughout the pan. This means that your food will cook evenly without any hot spots or cold spots.
OVEN-SAFE: The Cooksy pan is safe to use in the oven up to 500° F, making it perfect for finishing off dishes or keeping food warm until ready to serve.
COMFORTABLE HANDLE: The handle on the Cooksy pan is designed to provide a comfortable and cool grip, even when the pan is hot. It is securely screwed to the pan, so you won’t have to worry about it coming loose.
FOR ALL COOKTOPS: The Cooksy pan is designed to be used on all cooktops, including gas, electric, and induction.
Customers say
Customers find the frying pan excellent for cooking, particularly noting its great sear on steaks and chops, and appreciate its heat distribution that heats up quickly. The pan is well-made, easy to clean, and customers like its appearance. While some customers consider it worth the price, others find it not worth the cost. The non-stick surface receives mixed feedback – while some praise its effectiveness, others report food sticking to the pan.

non-stick, even cook within entire pan and quick transfer of heat. well worth it.
I purchsed so many pans but before too long ended in trash can because of scratches and nonstick wear off. it came to a point that i did not want to buy another worthless pan that would last for a shortwhile. It all comes down for many of us the COST. but i realized i’ve been spending too much money and time buying the cheap stuff to save money and that was not the case because i kept buying and tossing it to trash.I decided to open my wallet and spend it on a good freakin pan. so i decided to spend more and based on the $$$ i did my research back and forth for few months here and there. This was the result. This is a good pan and as the title i have mentioned it is good up to now.lets see how this pan will hold up in few monts. many people around me dont want to spend the money so they want me to report to them after two months, which usually is the time to tell weather its a good buy or not.it has been three days so far and so far it is good.the heat transfer is quick an covers the entire surface of the pan for even heat. the most important of all the non-stick feature is excellent. its worth it for me that i love to cook my own food. I think even for the ones that dont cook that much is worth it. good results. more motivation to cook and enjoy the end result.I will keep you posted after one month !!!

Love it as much as the brand name product
Revised review March 25. 2025 —- Unfortunately the pan had a small defect which made me get in contact with the manufacturer – it wouldn’t sit 100% flat on my Ceran cook top. The company has quickly sent a new pan which is now perfect and also included a gift in the package. This is customer service at its best – they way it should be. This brand for hybrid cookware will be my go to from now on.Love it as much as the brand name products but better price – all hexagon hybrid pans are fantastic and eliminate use of regular teflon pans that start chipping soon no matter what the manufacturer has to say.Using these haxagon hybrid versions instead on ALL my cooking and was not disappointed yet (1 year and going)

Good quality

This has become one of our favorite pans
Hexclad is interesting. It is mostly stick proof (I would recommend any serious cook try at least one of these pans). I purchased three of them and the only one I am unsatisfied with is the small 8″ pan. The two larger pans that I bought work very well.

Horrible good for eggs
Add me to the list of people unimpressed by this pan. If you’re considering it for eggs don’t do it! I seasoned the pan as per the instructions. First use of the pan I greased it with butter and made scrambled eggs. They stuck to the pan almost as much as the year old regular non-stick pan I’m throwing out. And after that one use the polished upper edges now seem permanently stained with grease or something. I made hamburgers in it and it worked well, but definitely don’t get it as an egg pan. I’m going to have to go get a regular pan for eggs.EDIT: Demoted down to 1 star. On only day 2 of using the pan I should have to fight to scrape eggs off it like I do with a pan I’ve had for a year.

Not worth the price. Disappointing.
Ok for steak and veg but not good for fish, eggs or making fried potatoes. Everything sticks to it and ruins the food however it does clean up easy.

I’ve been using and handling this very expensive pan with kid gloves yet it has discoloured across 20% of its surface and turned black. This is not burned food or scaling but discolouration of the coating which does burn food each time now in that area.Considering the cost I wish I had purchased a genuine hexpan now.
