Watch the videos on Lauren’s on YouTube to see how the product is intended to be used!
I have Lauren’s foam roller, body sphere and the infinity roller- each has videos on YouTube where you can see Lauren performing the moves. When performed correctly, this is a wonderful tool! You can work out tension in upper back, lower back, hips, feet, hands (think overused thumbs on smartphones), forearms etc.

Awesome
Excellent shape for loosening fascia on bottom of feet and for backs of legs.

#Lifechanging
I bought this for traveling. I use it daily. In fact, I would say, I prefer it to my large foam roller in most cases. It’s helped to work kinks out of old hip & leg injuries, it’s better for getting the weird tight spots between my shoulders. I love it more than tennis balls or that funky pokey ball I bought. Seriously, just buy it. (Also, I cannot lie, I love my large foam roller, too.)

Works as Expected
It works great to roll our calf muscles and I also use it for my lower back.

Car support
I lost my original one. Paid more this time, but I LOVE this thing. So good for supporting and working out knots in my back while driving

Too small and soft.
Itâs really small and itâs almost too soft. For someone who is extra sensitive (which Iâm not) this might work out fine. But for me it doesnât do much.

Perfect for my needs
I needed a really soft foam roller that I can put in a small suitcase and this fits the bill. It does not compress too much for me.

Too small and soft
As a very active person who does multiple HIIT workouts per week, I have been looking for something like this to use at night or at work to help work out knots in my back. Unfortunately, this product just doesn’t work for me. First it is to small to even be able to use against a wall. But the worst part for me is that it is too soft and can’t be effective in helping work out knots as when you lean against it or push on it, it pretty much collapses.

Works amazing, gets right into the deep muscle and massages it out. Works better than a tennis ball.

This is a marvelous product. It’s spongey, but not too soft and gives the right amount of pressure on the feet or body when used correctly during exercise. I would recommend this product.
