Pillows Stapled to Wicker
Pillows were stapled to the wicker in package and are slit open opening unable to use with staples. Took 6 hours to pit it together because screws are too close to use Allen wrench major headache too many pieces to put together and it sits too close to ground .The company replaced the damaged pillows within 2 days and made it worth while I appreciate the great customer service.

Different brands use cheap cushion fabric. This company does not.
The cushions are top quality. When wet, they dry nicely. Much better fabric than another company I bought from.

Takes long with 1 person to put together. About 2-3 hours. But definitely love it. The cover doesnât last long in the wind, but honestly whoâs going to keep it covered all the time. If you truly want to keep the color with out being in the sun the whole time take the cushions off and bag them up with the cover

I don’t want to rate this set low, since what has arrived is the exact quality I expected, however since everything has not arrived yet to assemble the sectional, I’m temporarily rating this one star. I’ll make sure to update this review when and if the last box is sent.This sectional comes in 3 boxes, A, B, and C. Like many other reviewers here there was an issue getting the 3 boxes delivered. Within 2 days of ordering I received 2 box Bs. Then a couple days later I received box A and was told that shipment was complete. Box C contains the backrests for all the seats so the only thing I was able to assemble was the coffee table.I reached out to Amazon support and was forwarded to Best Choice Products support about my issue, receiving box A and two box Bs and not being sent a box C. A day later BCP support reached out to me and said they are sorry for the issue but before they could resolve anything they needed to know:-Was the package damaged upon arrival?-Did you thoroughly review the box’s contents?For me nothing was damaged upon arrival and I was getting ready to assemble everything and matched all the pieces up to the instruction manual that came with box A. I responded to their message and heard nothing for another day. I sent a follow up email “just checking in” and then was told that:”Please know that the replacement for the Box C of your sectional conversation set has been submitted and it will be processed within 7-10 business days. We have attached a free FedEx return label that you can use for the return process. You may print it and attach it to the box or let a FedEx representative scan the label once you drop the package at the nearest FedEx station. “So now I have an entire room of my house that is housing all of this extra outdoor furniture which cannot be used and has to be protected since I have to return it in quality condition. I am concerned that something might happen to it and I just want the last remaining pieces to arrive so I can enjoy some time outside with my family. I have yet to receive any further communication since this message (which was sent 6 days ago) like a tracking number, but it seems I must remain patient for the next 2 weeks.I have 3 concerns at this point.1. The extra furniture might get damaged while sitting in my house, since I have a dog and she spends most of her time in that room.2. The last piece will not ever arrive, and the 7-10 business days is just a delay so I will not be able to ask for my money back.3. I do not have a large enough vehicle to transport the extra box to a facility to have it shipped.Needless to say, this has been very distressing for an relatively expensive purchase on Amazon. Like I said before the parts of the set that have arrived seem really nice quality, however obviously I cannot rate the product since the full product has not arrived yet and seems like it will not arrive for quite some time. I’ll be sure to update my final review for this product when and if the rest of the product arrives judging the quality of the set, but for the time being I’m stuck in limbo and concerned that I’ve wasted my money.Edit: Yesterday afternoon the final box arrived. I did not receive any tracking information or anything so I was left completely in the dark on if or when this would arrive. I was assuming it would still take another week or so to arrive, so I guess that’s nice. Well it would be nice if the box that arrived was the same color as the set that I ordered. It seems that consistently this company cannot ship the right items. I can only assume that this is to appease Amazon so they can say they shipped and delivered on time? I obviously don’t know for sure, but it does seem shady.So now I have a set of half white half red cushions, with white wicker for the bases and dark brown for the backs. As I stated before, I really only care about having furniture to spend time outside with my family, so I’m not too much a stickler for the style of my set, but the mismatched colors is definitely not what I spent $800 on.Assembly was a PAIN! At least at first. It took me about 2 hours total, at first it seemed like it was going to take all night but I stated to get the hang of it. The set doesn’t give you much room for using the tools to assemble the furniture so you’ll likely be cramping your fingers and hunching over uncomfortably to assemble it. I actually ended up bloodying my knuckles from having them scrape against the wicker and ground while assembling. Personally I don’t really mind any of that and it was kind of a fun experience going from “how in the world am I going to assemble this thing” to feeling like a pro after tightening more than 40 nuts and bolts, but maybe this might be a deal breaker for someone.As my last words: You really are pressing your luck when ordering from this company. It seems like many people have gotten the right boxes right off the bat, but it seems many others have had experiences like me. I’m still slightly frustrated from the whole experience so I’m leaving my overall rating right now at a 3/5. Though when it comes down to it, the set is pretty nice and now I have a unique two toned set so I’m not particularly THAT jaded. I might update this review to a higher rating if the furniture turns out to be really comfortable and great for spending time with my family and the terrible memory of my customer experience with BCP fades.

Long post: Purchased on amazon on 5/16. The expected date of delivery was 5/20. Per description this item is supposed to come in 3 boxes. Apparently this purchase is via amazon but through a 3rd party meaning if you have any issues well you have to basically deal with the 3rd party (Best choice products BCP).Boxes were shipped via Fedex and well come 5/20 they delivered boxes 1 of 3 and 2 of 3. Missing box 3 of 3 I am calling fedex which they told me that everything was delivered per my tracking number… well after calling amazon and them reaching out to BCP – there was apparently a second tracking number containing my 3rd box. which they didn’t share with amazon or myself!Checking the tracking on this 3rd box shows me it was shipped from Texas to where I live….and was also SCANNED and stated ” on fedex vehicle for delivery” at 9:46 am on 5/20. at 11:15 am 2 of my boxes had been delivered and my third box at 11:21 am ” at local fedex facility scheduled for delivery next business day.” well after speaking to they keep telling me it’ll be delivered. come 5/21 its back in Hutchins, Texas…to skip ahead BCP tells me to wail till 5/27.I understand this is a fedex problem but emailing back and forth to them is not helpful. I asked to be sent a 3rd box because well its now two weeks since i ordered and its still delayed in Hutchins, Tx. If i reordered the same set on amazon it’d get here faster than their 48/5 business day proposal. They offer to send me box B not box 3 after a 48 hr process and 5 business day deliver window. I asked for clarification whether box 3 of 3 is box B because I don’t want the wrong box!. Also asked them to expedite it and basically they don’t read your questions/concerns and just say the same thing over and over about 48 hrs 5 business day.I have asked them to clarify it multiple times and still no answer. Now frustrated and I don’t want the wrong box and talking to amazon rep, I requested a full refund and the amazon rep had sent a notification to BCP to send prepaid labels for return and to have it be picked up since they are large boxes. BCP response again not really reading what was written to them was that they will not give me a refund since they don’t see the product has been returned…which is what we are asking to do? and that they will “not shoulder any costs” to return said products which is still only 2 of the 3 boxes. Again if you buy from BCP beware that if there are any issues with your set they will not be helpful or you will end up paying over $250 for shipping per box.

It was a good price and the quality was not too bad. The only negative was that the backs of the chairs are not high enough, it can be become uncomfortable are sitting for a while.

Es un arriesgue comprar algo de este costo sin verlo pero creo lo vale, está muy bonito y versátil en el acomodo, mi único pero es que uno no estaba nivelado, pero fuera de eso todo super bien.. lo recomiendo!
