Good for Light Sleepers
As a light sleeper, Iâve always struggled with external sounds disturbing my sleep. These earplugs have made a huge difference. They fit snugly and are very comfortable, even when lying on my side. The noise reduction is impressive, and I wake up feeling much more refreshed. The only downside is that they may not block extremely loud noises, but theyâre perfect for everyday use.

These are decent, but I don’t understand why they decided to make the back of these with a shiny-glossy finish. When it rubs on your pillow it makes a sort of squeaky sensation that is quite loud through the plug.Would prefer a revision that has a matte or rubberized/silicone backing.

Comfortable and Effective, but Slightly Bulky
These earplugs are very effective at blocking noise, especially during the night. The comfort level is high, and I can sleep through most noises. However, they are a bit bulkier compared to other earplugs Iâve used, so they may not be the best option if you prefer something ultra-discreet. That said, they are perfect for blocking out general background noise, and I find myself sleeping much better since using them.
