PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE: Built from thick 5 ply cladded stainless steel, our fry pans are built to heat up evenly and retain heat well. Fully cladded on both the base and sides, the entire pan performs predictably and reliably for all your cooking needs.
AMERICAN MADE, LIFETIME WARRANTY: We’re a family-owned craft manufacturer obsessed with building great stainless clad cookware. It’s the only thing we’ve been making for over 40 years, so we’ve gotten pretty good at it. Our cookware is fully made in the USA with global materials and is backed by a lifetime warranty.
EVEN COOKING AND EASY CLEANING: Our 5 ply fully clad construction includes three layers of aluminum that are sandwiched between protective layers of stainless steel, resulting in cookware that combines even heating with incredible durability. Use it on any stovetop (including induction), in the oven up to 800 degrees and it’s broiler safe. The handles are built to stay cool on the stovetop and rounded pan lips enable drip-free pouring
NON-TOXIC WITH NO CHEMICAL COATINGS: We don’t use any type of chemical coatings on our cookware. It is made without any type of PFAS (PFOA, PTFE aka Teflon, PFOS, or other), ceramic sol-gel, nanoparticles, lead, cadmium, or any other chemically applied coating. You deserve the very best in your cooking surface, so we rely only on high quality clad stainless steel. No funny business or gimmicks, just tried and tested heritage materials.
TITANIUM SERIES: This pan features a specialty 316Ti stainless steel cooking surface. The alloy is strengthened with molybdenum and titanium to better protect against salt pitting and metal leaching.
Customers say
Customers praise the fry pan’s quality, highlighting its best surgical-grade stainless steel construction that lasts forever. The pan heats up quickly with even heat distribution and stays cool to the touch, while being easy to clean. They appreciate its American craftsmanship and weight, with one customer noting it’s perfect for cooking eggs. The non-stick performance receives mixed feedback – while some report no sticking issues, others mention food getting stuck on the surface.

Excelente sarten!!!

We love heritage steel
We have slowly been updating all of our pans from Teflon to stainless steel these pants are far superior than the cheap aluminum or Teflon pans and we are going to be changing over everything to Heritage steel after seeing the quality and having use these pants for several months now

A few minor quibbles, but an overall great skillet
Two reasons for four stars rather than five. Actually, I would give it 4.5 stars if I could. Compared to All Clad or even Cuisinart Multiclad Pro, this pan is much lighter in weight. While my wrists appreciate that, it tells me the 7-ply claim is somewhat of a gimmick and if there are actually that many true layers they are laughably thin. I also take away for the fact that I do not love the handle on this pan. It is short, fat, and rounded. This pan could be unwieldy and would likely turn in the hand were it not so lightweight. The good points are the lighter weight is easy to handle for my poor arthritic hands and wrists, even without a helper handle, so maybe thatâs not a true negative and I have just come to expect quality metal pans to be quite heavy. The pan heats very quickly, almost two quickly, so have your food prepped and ready to go. Iâve gotten beautiful sears on steaks with nice release. The pan cleans up easily. An included cover would have been nice, but I am using one from my huge everyday or casserole pan. Overall, I would say the pan works well at a reasonable price point.**Update as of 8/18/20. I am still pleased with the performance of this pan. I see a number of negative reviews about warping, and I have to say I don’t know what they are doing to their pans, but mine is still in pristine condition after more than two years use. BTW, if one feels the need to get a pan screaming red hot (no reason to do so, even for a good sear), use cast iron for that; that said, even cast iron could crack from such abuse.

As good as stainless steel gets – Should last forever.
I’ve been using this pan for a couple of months now, having switched from non-stick pans. I finally got tired of having to replace my non-stick pans after a few months. This pan should last longer than I will, and I have no concerns about teflon getting into my food. Though this pan seems expensive at first, considering it will last decades it becomes a bargain in the long run.Like many reviewers have already said, you have to learn how to season the pan and preheat it before each use. It is certainly more work to own than a non-stick pan, and it has taken some time for me to get used to it. By seasoning and preheating the pan, I’ve been able to cook eggs without them sticking, which I think is a good test. However some other foods have been sticking a bit, though cleanup is easy. If you are prepared for that, I think this is as good as a stainless steel pan gets, though I admit I have never used All Clad. Preheating this pan takes 5 minutes at medium heat on my stove, and I would not want a heavier pan or it would probably take even longer. I’m not sure how 7 layers is better than 3, but the heat does travel well up the sides of the pan.I’m not sure if the 316Ti is a true benefit or good marketing, but being a bit of a science geek, I dug into it a little and it seems like this is the highest quality, most corrosion resistant stainless steel available, the kind they use for medical implants. The weight is good, and the handle is comfortable and stays cool except for the inch or so next to the pan rim, which is not where your hand goes. There has been no warping whatsoever. Given the price difference, for my money I would opt for these over All Clad. I wish they sold an 8 inch pan with the 316Ti as an individual item (you can get it in a set).

Bad enough for me to get my good camera out, charge the battery and take a picture of this warped pan..update
I bought this pan mostly because of the positive reviews. Please don’t make the mistake I did and buy this pan. It warps like crazy when heated. The pan bottom was not all that flat out of the box and wobbled a little on the stove top….but I fried a couple of eggs on med-low….not kidding, medium-low, and it bowed up like a rocking chair. It straightens out a little as it cools, but it doesn’t take much heat to distort the pan bottom. What would it do on higher heat?I researched and researched, like you may be doing, to find a good 12″ fry pan and it finally came down to a decision between all-clad and American clad….should have chosen then all-clad I guess. I really hoped I had chosen the perfect 12″ pan but I’d rather use the cheap one I have hanging in my spare pan rack…at least it doesn’t warp! Pretty disappointed in American Clad…look at the picture of this ‘once used on med-low’ pan. I mean, it’s ridiculous…it sits like a rocker on a small spot in the middle of the pan bottom as you can see in the picture. And the stove was on low in the picture.Update:5-24-18: Rather than returning the pan, I contacted the manufacturer. They replied and customer service was great. They sent out another pan with no questions asked and I returned the bad one afterwards. Sadly, the new pan has the same problem…nice and flat when it’s cool, but as soon as any heat gets applied, it bows up like a rocking chair. We all know you can’t cook like that. Anyway, great customer service effort, but bad product with warping issues

It’s my first experience with stainless steel pan and I got this wonderful pan.Surprisingly, all foods cooked in this pan make amazing flavor and taste. When I tried to cook some of steak, it’s absolutely different and greater than normal coated pan. I am very happy and strongly recommend this
