Comfortable & practical
I’m very pleased with this loveseat I purchased in July 2024. The “faux leather” is easy to clean. The electric recline motors are very quiet and smooth in operation. There are two USB ports on each side and they charge my phone faster than some of my stand-alone phone chargers. There is a handy pocket on the front of each arm rest to store charging cables. There’s also a nice cupholder on each side as well. The loveseat also has heat and massage features. I’ve been using the heat lately and it does get a nice comfortable temperature, but is on a set time (around 5 minutes, I think). The vibration massager has numerous settings. The heat/massage is operated with a wired controller on each side. The controllers are stored in a handy pouch on each side of the couch and the buttons light up when in use.Assembly of the loveseat is easy but I recommend having a helper when it comes to aligning and connecting the two sides together. My friend and I had the unit assembled in about an hour and a half.

The color is what you see. I bought creamy white and it is the color of the picture.
The loveseat is as good looking in person as it is in the picture. It’s extremely comfortable. The color is true to form. It looks absolutely wonderful in my mother’s living room. Very pleased with this piece of furniture. Happy that we bought it. I believe my mother will have it for a number of years to come

great recliner
This dual recliner is so comfortable whether you are sitting up straight or reclining. Variable reclining angles, vibrator will do your thighs, calves, back, and lumbar area giving you the option to choose which one or multiple. There’s also heat for the lower back. After a hard day working this is a must for everyone to have. Thinking of buying another one. Very easy to put together. I did it myself but some may need another person when putting the back on the bracket.

Good, Comfortable Recliner
I bought this theater love seat for my basement entertainment center. It is near perfect.The chair came in 3 boxes, making it manageable, if heavy. Once unboxed, it took about 20 minutes to assemble the chair. Instructions are readable. Tools are included, but it’s easier if you use a better quality allen wrench from your own tool kit.Once assembled, I found it to be a very comfortable chair. The reclining position is nearly perfect; a small pillow behind my neck makes it perfect. Additionally, it has both a heating and a reclining feature; both are quite pleasant.Quality appears to be quite good. As with any recliner, I’d advise to not put unnecessary weight on the foot rests or arms. In other words, don’t sit on them; they’re not made for that. Other than that, I have no qualms about the overall quality.The price could be a little bit lower, and I might have saved $100 or so if I’d shopped the local furniture stores. But given the overall comfort and the features of this chair, I’m okay with it.

Poor poor customer service !!!!!!
I was very happy with the recliner until it started making clunking noises during use. After a dozen emails and repeated phone calls. I still have no resolve. I sent them all the info they requested (twice) I was told they would replace the base. It is now over a month and NOTHING !!!!

Was skeptical buying online but it turned out wonderful. It was exactly what we needed. Looks great. Color is good too. Wish it had better lumbar support.The only downside and nothing to do with the product is that FedEx sneakily left our boxes OUTSIDE our apartment’s office and we had to carry all the boxes back to our apartment.
