Good for the girls who like rose
This facewash was nice and soothing and left my face feeling clean. Though I did realize that I’m not the biggest fan of rose-scented things, and prefer fruity or warm scents instead. But overall, it’s a useful product, I use it when I’m in the shower and it helps get any dirt or residual impurities off my face.

My Skin Type – I have combination skin, with a more oily T-zone and cheeks that are on the dry side. My skincare concerns are occasional hormonal breakouts, and blackheads and large pores on my cheeks and nose.My Routine – I’m very much a beginner! Take my review with a grain of salt because I don’t have a lot of skincare experience and am still trying to build a routine, but on the other hand my skin is essentially a blank canvas to see how a product reacts.Efficacy (does the product do what it claims?) – Star earned. I definitely felt like the product gently cleansed my face without drying! My skin felt fresh and breathed easy after cleansing.Experience (what is the product like to use?) – No star earned. The gel texture spreads easily and washes clean easily, so it’s nice to use, but the fragrance is too strong for me. The smell is pleasant, but I used this cleanser in the shower (so it definitely rinsed completely away) then made a late evening shopping trip an hour later, and I got a passing scent of rose from this cleanser several times. If you like that kind of thing, okay, but to me the point of a cleanser is to give your skin a clean slate and a rest from all the product from the rest of the day, not lather more lingering products onto it.Ingredients (what are the ingredients like?) – Star earned. I ran this through a couple ingredient checkers and really like the quality of the ingredients. I saw no concerns with them, except that “parfum/fragrance” is the fourth ingredient listed, but I’ll roll that gripe into the star that was docked under “experience.”Value (is this a fair price for what you get?) – Star earned. For good ingredients and an overall good product in my opinion (barring the strong fragrance), I feel like this is a fair value for the cost and the product you’re getting!Overall, I’m pretty happy with this but I don’t think I’d get it again because of my strong personal preference for minimum or no fragrance in a cleanser.

I enjoy using this NUXE Very Rose Soothing Cleansing Gel. It has a rose scent that is not subtle at all but also doesn’t linger long after rinsing. The texture of the gel reminds me of Snail Mucin. Don’t worry though if the thought of this freaks you out because it doesn’t actually contain any snail mucin. The slippery gel spreads smoothly over the face and rinses away easily. I didn’t add any additional products to my skin after cleansing so I could fairly judge the product on its own merits. It did a great job of removing excess oil and makeup. My skin was left more moisturized than it typically is after cleansing. I appreciate that the ingredients are of 97% natural origin. This product is made in France where they have stricter regulations than we have here in the USA. While I love buying products made in the USA, I prefer products with cleaner ingredients when it comes to my beauty products.

Lightweight, Fragrant Gel Cleanser
This gel cleanser is lightweight and easy to use. I ran it through the Yuka app and the ingredients are very clean. Though it does not contain specific fragrance allergens, the rose fragrance is on the stronger side and fragrance is up there on the ingredient list so that is something for anyone with fragrance sensitivities to be aware of.I took off a star because it did not come with a seal on the top, which is really a necessity for beauty products. You want to ensure the products you are using have not been used or altered.

This is a nice, gentle cleanser. It has a light, fresh rose-like scent thatâs not too strong which makes the process of using it super comfortable and therapeutic. The gel has a soft texture that feels mild on the skin and doesnât leave it feeling dry or tight afterward. Itâs effective at cleaning without being harsh, making it a good option for sensitive skin. Overall, itâs a solid, soothing product for a daily skincare routine.

Good rose cleanser
This gel cleanser from NUXE smells like roses has very nice ingredients and is a gel to foam cleanser. I only beed a little bit to lather up in my hands and it foamed up well. The smell is neutral so I don’t mind it and my skin was left squeaky clean. I liked this cleanser a lot so I think it’s food for all skin types as it wasn’t stripping and didn’t leave any film on my face. 🙂

Rose floral water cleaner.
I am new to Nuxe brand, is made in France and is a premium brand of skincare products. Nuxe Very Rose soothing gel cleanser comes in a nice pink tube. However, I expect especially from a premium brand to put some kind of seal on the product. It just comes in the tube, atleast a seal on the tube or packaged in a sealed box.The consistency of this gel cleanser is on the runny side, exactly shown in the video of product page, so be careful when dispensing this cleanser. There is a strong rose smell to this cleanser, which feels little too much at first but subdued after washing it off. Skin feels refreshed and clean, soft and hydrated. There is no dry or taut feeling afterwards. I also experienced no itchiness, redness or any side effects from using this cleanser.

No safety seal
This cleansing gel comes in a plastic tube with no safety seal at all, so unfortunately I was only able to test the third of the bottle that remained; the rest of the bottle was in the bottom of the envelope. It smells lovely, with a very strong rose scent. It lathered gently and rinsed away cleanly without leaving my face feeling dry. This really needs a seal between the bottle and the lid.
