This bowl is the perfect size for mixing up batter for cookies and muffins. I really liked that it was packaged nicely in a box and bubble wrap. I worried that it might be broken upon arrival, but was pleasantly surprised how well it was protected.

I actually purchased this bowl as a gift for my mother-in-law since we just love the one that we use in our kitchen. It is a sturdier glass than many bowls now days, making it a workhorse in our kitchen. I use it for mixing, serving, microwaving, and more. This bowl won’t disappoint!

This bowl was labelled as having 1 gal capacity on the product page headline, but that is wrong. In the fine print the capacity is only 2.37 litres ie significantly less.
