Comfort and noise reduction
My husband uses a bi-pap machine and likes to watch tv in bed. I like to fall asleep immediately. I have tried many ear plugs and these are the best by far. They fit well once you figure out which is right and left. I once woke up and removed a plug while my husband was watching a game. The effect was like when you get into your car and turn it on forgetting that you had the radio on full blast the day before. It was amazing how much noise was being blocked by those plugs. I am buying another pair.

Not what I expected
I bought these for blocking out sounds and people but they donât work well for that purpose they may protect you from loud noises but are extremely inadequate for noise reduction

Not the worst ear plugs, but not the best. They do block sound and are comfortable, but not completely silent.

Work SO much better than foam ear plugs!
Work very well! I use them every nice and am really happy with the noise reduction. In Addition, they tend to either stay in my ears or, if they come out while I’m sleeping, don’t wander far in my bedsheets the way foam ear plugs did. In addition, it’s really nice to be able to wash them off and restore them to pristine condition whenever I want (unlike foam ear plugs).
