I was expecting better
I was expecting better. I have been working with therabands in physical therapy and really liked them so I decided to purchase some for my home exercises. I ordered the blue and black set so I can progress to a band with more resistance when I was ready. The blue one is great has the resistance like I expected however the the black one is garbage. I understood it was supposed to have more resistance than the blue but it doesn’t and it feels like its made of cheap materials that will snap on you with use. I have a green one at home which has less resistance than the blue but has a lot more resistance than the black one I just purchased.
