Bought these for our gym and was very happy with the value for the money. They are slip resistant and are slightly bigger in circumference than some other brands. If you have thick quads or thighs you might have issues with other brands not being big enough to get on or to get an effective range of motion. If you have thin thighs and want a lot of resistant these wouldn’t be ideal but they fit our crowd and purpose!

Great value for exercise bands
I’m a personal trainer and I love to hand out gifts to clients during Christmas but it can get very pricey. Exercise equipment is so expensive so I was happy when I found I could buy in bulk for a really good deal! The bands are great and in really good shape highly recommend!
