Great compact stroller
I purchased this stroller to use as our compact travel stroller. My main criteria were compact fold down size, ease of folding down and opening, and decent suspension/ Wheels for a smooth push. Overall, I am very pleased with the Metro 3! It is a fairly nice and compact size- I mean it’s not nothing, but compared to other strollers it’s very reasonable and fits nicely in the car. It is super easy to fold up and you can definitely fold it up with one hand. Opening is a bit more tricky, as other people have commented I do think opening requires two hands. Thus far the wheels seem good, I haven’t had it long enough to test their durability long-term, but it’s very comfortable and fairly smooth to push. The storage underneath is not giant but is adequate for my needs. It seems fairly comfortable for my baby, decent padding, and I find the straps really easy to use.I did realize after purchase that my baby is at an age where having the ability to parent face is ideal in crowded situations, but there pretty much is not a compact stroller on the market that allows this option!

The fold is not totally automatic, the unfold is challenging. Pretty upright seat, my baby is happy with it. Large basket

The Ultimate Compact Stroller for Modern Parents!
After extensive research of numerous compact strollers, the Ergobaby Metro 3 has exceeded all my expectations. As a parent who values both portability and comfort, this stroller has become an indispensable part of our daily life and travels. The thoughtful design, premium materials, and exceptional functionality make it a clear 5-star winner.Unmatched Compactness and Portability:- One-Hand Fold: The one-hand fold is incredibly smooth and intuitive. Even with a baby in my arms, I can effortlessly fold and unfold the stroller. This is a lifesaver when navigating busy streets or public transportation.- Lightweight Design: Despite its robust build, the Metro 3 is surprisingly lightweight. This makes it easy to carry up stairs, lift into car trunks, and maneuver through crowded spaces.- Overhead Airplane Storage: The Metro 3’s claim of fitting into overhead airplane compartments is absolutely true. This feature alone makes it a game-changer for traveling families. No more gate-checking or worrying about damage during transit!Superior Comfort and Functionality:::- Ergonomic Design: Ergobaby’s expertise in ergonomics shines through in the Metro 3. The padded seat and adjustable leg rest ensure my child is comfortable, even during long strolls.- Smooth Ride: The suspension system provides a remarkably smooth ride on various terrains. Whether we’re on city sidewalks or park pathways, the Metro 3 handles bumps and uneven surfaces with ease.- Car Seat Compatibility: The ability to attach a car seat is a huge plus, especially for newborns and infants. It seamlessly transitions from car to stroller, minimizing disruptions.- Generous Canopy: The large, extendable canopy provides excellent sun protection. It also includes a peek-a-boo window, allowing me to keep an eye on my child.- Ample Storage: The under-seat storage basket is surprisingly spacious for a compact stroller. It easily accommodates diaper bags, shopping bags, and other essentials.- High Weight Capacity: The 50 lbs weight capacity ensures that this stroller will grow with my child, providing years of use.Premium Materials and Build Quality:- Durable Fabric: The fabric is high-quality, durable, and easy to clean. It withstands daily wear and tear without showing signs of wear.- Sturdy Frame: The frame is robust and well-constructed, providing a stable and secure ride.- Attention to Detail: Every aspect of the Metro 3 is thoughtfully designed, from the smooth-rolling wheels to the easy-to-use buckles and adjustments.A Minor Observation:- Side Protection: While the seat is comfortable and supportive, I feel that the side protection could have been slightly more pronounced. While my child is always secure, a little more padding or structure on the sides would provide added peace of mind, especially for younger children. This is a very minor point, and does not detract from the overall high quality of the stroller.Overall, the Ergobaby Metro 3 All-in-One Compact Baby Stroller is a truly exceptional product. Its unmatched compactness, superior comfort, and premium build quality make it the perfect stroller for modern parents. Whether you’re navigating city streets, traveling by plane, or simply running errands, the Metro 3 delivers on all fronts. It’s a worthwhile investment that will make your life easier and more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this stroller to anyone looking for the best in compact stroller design.

The perfect travel stroller
This stroller is very compact, I think it’s the perfect travel stroller. I also see it as a great everyday stroller as it adapts to all ages and is super convenient. When the box arrived I was surprised that a whole stroller could fit in there and was worried it would be a bit unsteady. Surprisingly it is a very solid and safe stroller. It unfolds and folds very easily with only one hand and it handles very well. I put my 3 year old in it and took him for a ride around the living room while holding my 1 or old and had to problems maneuvering around toy obstacles. It’s also very comfortable. It actually seems much more comfortable for the rider than my uppababy Vista v2.The wheels are smaller than my Vista and it doesn’t handle quite as well, but it’s still smooth. It beats my Vista in weight. I need both arms and muscle to get my Vista in my SUV and I need to lay it on it’s side etc, but this stroller is a one handed dream and I have no doubt it will fit easily in my truck upright and pushed to the side so that I can still fit tons of groceries in the back along with it.The bottom compartment fits our huge 3 kid baby bag and that’s a feat in itself. The seat cushion comes out easily for washing ( which I can’t do with my other stroller), and the fabric is easily wipeable. The visor is very long so it offers great sun shielding while still allowing air flow. The peekaboo window is a must in my book for all strollers, especially when you need to be making sure they aren’t overheating.I also put it in newborn mode and it looked very safe and was easy to accomplish with a pull system in the back, no messing with other attachments and chunky bassinet. So it’s definitely a space saver in your home since you won’t need to hold on to a bunch of things to change it up.I do wish it came with a lap bar like some other strollers but the harness is definitely enough to keep your little one secure and it’s an accessory you can but separately if you really want it.It looks sleek which is an added plus. If you’re going to push a stroller around for a few years it might as well look good.Overall I’m impressed with this stroller. The look, the maneuverability, the ease of cleaning, the one hand fold and weight and the quality make this is fantastic stroller.I highly recommend it and wish I had it in my baby’s newborn stage, would have helped with the anxiety of ‘do I have everything yo keep baby comfy?’ Because with this stroller you have everything you need.
