These are great. I use them in between the days that I go to the gym and work out. Theyâre very very durable and I like them because theyâre very good. If you follow the instructions on the exercises, you will lose weight and toe.

Good piece of equipment to have
I love the quality of the resistance bands and the soft, breathable fabric. The hooks are strong as well and the tension offers the right degree of resistance to take my workout to the next level.My only drawback is that the part that wraps around the ankle could be a little longer to cater for people with swollen ankles, legs, etc. The right one fits perfectly but because I have that swelling issue with my left leg, it doesn’t go all the way around for both hooks to meet.Other than that little issue, it’s a good buy.

Best resistance bands I couldâve bought for the price and quality. I use these multiple times a week, I canât live without these in my workout routine! Iâm on the heavier side of a woman and the durability matches up to the best in the market! They also include a tiny packet of basic workouts to get you started. A tiny bag is provided which helps me take them anywhere with ease. No one else has them so I know no one can take them by mistake. I love using these while I do sit up too, keeps my legs together and my confidence is soaring.

Purchased a 6 weeks ago and the resistance band popped in the middle of my workout. I am Very disappointed. I only used them twice a week for 5min each day approximately 30min in total. I don’t reccommend it.

This is a good set of resistance bands. The adjustable cuffs are padded, fit my ankles, stay on well, and are pretty comfortable. I think the quality of materials feels durable. The material is flexible and resistance allows for a good workout. The bands feel strong and are able to return to their original length. I do wish it came with some even shorter bands so I can start with my legs or thighs close together.

The product itself is very cute, especially the colour. The bands themselves are very strong including the velcro which is great because there isn’t a worry about them coming off and they are very comfortable around the ankles. They also come with three resistance bands and the clips on the bands and on the ankle bands themselves are very strong, however the bands are not long. It’s a little misleading because the photo makes it look like they are long as they are folded and also stretched, they do stretch depending on which bands and the strength so in a way you can do what the photo depicts but they are very short. They also don’t indicate which band is which (it goes from lightest to darkest in terms of resistance) although it’s in a way easy to remember, it would be nice to have it right on the resistance band itself. Everything comes in a nice bag, good quality and easy to carry around, very lightweight and not bothersome to carry and so far has been nice to use whether it’s at home for work outs or using it in the gym and connecting it with the machines there. Overall great product and I highly recommend it.

This ankle resistance band set is a nice little addition to a home gym.Pros:- Comes with a mesh bag that can store all the parts to this set- Can take it on the road with you- Has 3 different tension of resistant bands- The lightest pink is the least resistance and the dark (hot) pink band is the hardest resistance- Since this set is to be used with your legs the resistance bands are short- The bands measure roughly around 10″ to 12″ with the clips on the ends- Ankle cuffs are easy to use, are adjustable, have padding- Includes a little guide of different types of leg exercises to use with theseOverall, a nice little set. I would suggest starting with the least resistant band and work your way up as you can definitely feel it lol!
