Great customer service
I had gone through so many gooseneck phone holders with spring clasps over the past several years. Either the cable or the clasp failed within a few months. When I saw this type of holder I decided to try it. I was very happy with my purchase. It’s a bit harder to adjust, but not so hard as to make it annoying.After 18 months the clasp (pictured) cracked in the corner. I contacted the seller and requested a replacement clasp. I was willing to pay for it since I had gotten good use out of the original. The seller contacted me immediately and said they would send me a new holder. The entire unit, not just the clasp. Less than a week later I received it. I feel like the seller went above and beyond. I had already gotten what I considered a reasonable amount of use , especially when compared to the gooseneck type holders. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product and this seller. Great product, superior customer service.

Large and durable
I use this to hold my phone/ tablet / book reader above my head when Iâm laying in bed. This is the third such item that Iâve purchased and this is the best by far, for three reasons.1) itâs durable. The flexible arm variety fail often because the alloy inside the arm breaks after too many bends. Just like a paper clip will break. So those are designed to fail.2) itâs oriented to point upwards in its attachment. All the other clamps sit horizontal which is not ideal in a bed situation unless your head board is tall.3) itâs really long so it can be adjusted in so many ways, whether youâre sideways or supine.The two draw backs are super long screw on the clamp (which I plan on replacing) and the clamp that holds your phone/tablet. Itâs small and has a cumbersome screw adjustment. Iâve clamped in onto a larger clamp which works well for my needs. Observe photo for example.

This cellphone holder sucked!! They need to stop making everything out of plastic and expect these things to work. Especially when the cellphones weigh more when someone has a case on there phone. Mine broke within a week because of the plastic things that grip the phone broke. That made me sick Especially for what I paid for it.

Itâs nice but, the part that holds the phone upright doesnât stay tight it becomes loose due to the weight of the phone, even though you tighten it. Therefore the phone flops downward and not upright in the position you want it to be.

Get this one
Not the flexible arm one. I bought about six of those. I did not think Iâd like this one because I thought it wouldnât get the phone where it needs to be but it does. I donât see it breaking like the others did. Seems very sturdy. This was never available before that insane or at least not in the same price range .

After just several weeks of usage, the part that clamps, actually holds the phone broke. Unfortunately the phone holder cradle doesn’t accommodate thicker. or adjust to phones in cases and has no quick release. It does have one of the best clamps to desk or headboard mechanisms, all metal and very adjustable. I really wanted to like this item I just wish the clamp hadn’t broke!Update: I was contacted by items customer service who has offered to remedy my issue to my full satisfaction.

I was laying in bed, using the arm to watch YouTube and the tightening screw for the phone holder just popped off. I was drifting off to sleep and it woke me up. I tried putting it back on but when you have a phone in the mount, it just pushes it off when tightening.
