A very useful product
I love the large size salad bowl for mixing salads. The two utensils for tossing fit neatly into the top of the wood cover. Turned upside down, the cover becomes a cutting board. The bowls clean up neatly and store inside. I use it several times a week. I make salads in the individual bowls, then empty them into the large bowl so I can toss them. That way I donât have too much salad left over.

Tops sit loosely on bowls, but super cute.
I saw similar serving bowls at a party, and thought I was purchasing bowls with lids that seal for storing food. The lids sit nicely on top but do not seal. Iâm keeping them for serving bowls anyway. It will be nice to have a top to cover the food before and after serving. I have not yet determined their durability or ease of cleaning, so Iâm giving a hopeful 3 stars in those areas.

Unlike a vast majority of people on this and many other sites who just âreviewâ their products by stating that got the item, it looks good or they canât wait to use it, I prefer to actually review what I buy. That being saidâ¦I was really excited for these these mixing bowls. Iâm in the process of updating my kitchenware and having a main color theme for once without everything being a mishmash of hand-me-downs, I grabbed these for the look and the added bonus of having not only bamboo lids, but bamboo lids that double as a cutting board. I have a lot of bamboo in my kitchen as itâs very sustainable and eco friendly while also being very durable. The lids arenât the issue, the bowls are. I was washing dishes, and washing the middle medium sized bowl, when all of a sudden âCRACK!!â A massive break in my medium sized mixing bowl. Please bear in mind, I wasnât manhandling this bowl, I wasnât pushing against it or pulling harshly, nothing like that. I was actually in the middle of rinsing it when it happened. The other 2 bowls are still good, but I donât have high hopes for them. For now, they remain. But! Iâm definitely keeping the lids even after the bowls die off for easy to grab cutting boards – especially for the quicker things like garlic or anything else like it when ai donât want to grab my larger heavier one for small things. Be careful buyers, these can be fragile, I guess.

Sturdiness
I bought a set for my sister. A mixing spoon fell from her hand and broke. The floor had a soft surface.I also bought this set for myself. I dropped one of the serving bowls from about table height and it broke. The floor had a hard surface.

The product (price and information) gives the impression it is glass/porcelain. It is not. The whole thing , including plates, is made of plastic. One of my most disappointing purchases on Amazon

Ordered these for my self for a bday present. Great reviews for the most part. However, the ones l received were damaged. Scratched, marked up and lines engraved through the side of the bowl that should have been smooth. Quite disappointed since it was my bday gift! Wish they had worked out.
