Perfect for basement home gym!
These bands were a no brainer as we continue expanding our basement home gym. The bands are very good quality and do last for the workouts that we’ve used them for. Typically we use these bands as support for the pull up bar. They provide really good assistance and I am never worried that they will snap since they feel very durable. You could even incorporate an upper or lower body workout by using a beam in the basement and I still would not be worried about the durability of the bands. For the price, they were 100% worth it and they hardly take up any space which is an added bonus!

Exactly what your expecting
Exactly what I expected! Use these regularly with no breaking/issues. Long bands and are exactly as advertised. Great for price. Different thickness depending on what you need. And not too firm, so they stretch well after a couple uses.

As Pull up Assistance Bands These Fail
Purchased these to use as pull up assistance bands. I weigh 200 pounds and my wife weighs 117 pounds. The description indicates they are suitable to provide 200 pounds of maximum resistance, which would mean I would need very little effort to do a pull up with the max band. My wife should not even be able to drop to the starting position with the max band, but there were other ‘weighted’ bands that should have worked for her.Although the max band may need 200 pounds of force to stretch to its maximum length, at pull up length it was useless. No combination of any of the bands worked for either me or my wife as an assistance band. Note that I can do 8 pull ups unassisted, and wanted the bands to help me get to 10 or 12. They provide zero assistance.I suspect I would need to stretch the band to near its limit to get an adequate pull, but I’m not nine feet tall and there is only so much space to stretch the band to get it to work.We tried tying it off, looping it with one foot in each loop, then one knee in each loop, plus combinations of bands, and using handles and other devices to try to make tese work.Going back.

Weight needs to be adjusted
I recommend purchasing these well ABOVE what you think you need. Iâm 6â6â 250lbs and the green one wasnât correct for me; I should have gone for the weight above it. Since the smaller ones come with it anyway, no harm in going a little higher in weight.
