NKTR AIR HEAT-REFLECTIVE SYSTEM: Three-dimensional heat-reflective structure, multi-layer composite aluminum mold provides heat circulation, reducing heat loss from the body to the ground and preventing the back from getting cold. Extra side walls to minimize rolling out of the sleeping pad area during use
6.5 HIGH R-VALUE INSULATION: Naturehike ultralight air mattresses have a high R-value of 6.5 for warmth and insulation. Suitable for temperatures above -13°F/-25°C. 10cm ( 3.94in ) thicker design, both high resilience and anti-compression and shock absorption, peace of mind to block the ground
EIGHT-LAYER ALUMINUM MOLDED 3D INSULATION STRUCTURE: The interior contains 8 layers of aluminum molding to further separate each individual air chamber, reducing heat loss due to convection, locking in the temperature and significantly increasing warmth, while the perforated aluminum layer design also reduces noise
DURABLE ULTRA-LIGHTWEIGHT MATERIAL: 20D nylon + TPU, TPU has better wear resistance, low temperature resistance, and resilience. Sleeping Pad only 540g/ 19.05oz (Includes outer box and storage bag), storage volume only Φ13 * 22cm/ Φ5.1 * 8.7inch, suitable for lightweight camping or hiking. Excellent thermal insulation to weight ratio
COMFORTABLE AND STURDY SLEEPING PAD: Punching point structure, providing tough support, the pressure is evenly distributed by each contact when lying down, providing a soft sense of support, the whole soothing relaxation. 77.2 * 25.2inch/196 * 64cm size is enough for you to turn over freely on the air cushion
PATENTED DUAL-VENT VALVE DESIGN: Only open the outer air cover can be inflated in one direction to reduce air leakage, open the inner air cover can be quickly deflated to enhance efficiency. Also free inflatable bags, straps and TPU repair allowance
TIPS: You can deflate appropriately when the temperature is higher and inflate appropriately when the temperature is lower, but please don’t over-inflate, it will easily cause bulging. If you can still support it stably after pressing your hand hard, or your buttocks won’t touch the ground after sitting down, it is full of air

Great light weight warm camping 🏕 matress
This has to be one of my most comfortable, lightweight camping mattresses. With a 6.5 R-value, this mattress packs down small, making it great for backpacking. I used it for six nights on a small cot during a trip to the Adirondacks in March, where temperatures dropped to the lower teens. Despite the cold, this mattress kept me toasty warm.It provides nearly 4 inches of thickness, and unlike other mattresses I’ve used, I didn’t find myself sliding off. It’s very quiet to sleep on and doesn’t make the crinkly sounds that some other mattresses do. I appreciate the quick deflation and easy breakdown.I’ve included photos to show just how small it compresses, weighing only 1.5 pounds. The inflation bag works great, and I love how the design allows it to be stored compactly with minimal space required. The design has been well thought out, and I look forward to using it for years.

Very Slippery on Uneven Ground
I appreciate this for being so very light and compact when it comes to backpacking. The bag rolls up nice and tidy and even has a giant bag to use for pumping it up. All of this in a package that weighs just over 1lb! Unfortunately, this gives a pretty poor performance if you are not on perfectly level ground. Let me explain…I was camping inside a bell tent on a sleeping cot with ground that I would consider 9/10 in the places I like to camp. It was almost perfectly flat and easy to setup my sleeping quarters. When it came time to sleep though, I was constantly doing pull-ups to keep this sleeping pad from sliding off the cot. It was such an annoyance that I had difficulty sleeping in an otherwise perfect atmosphere.I would like to use this on a backpacking trip just because it weighs only 1lb and is the most compact pad I have. I can’t see it being any different than the experience I had in almost perfect conditions though. If/when I do use it again, I will update this review if the results are different. As of now I don’t think I could recommend it.

Comfort & warmth
I purchased the Naturehike 8.8R value mat a little while ago and love it. Camped in below 0° F temps, with a closed cell pad underneath and had no issues. I decided to purchase this one (6.5R) , as a back up and also when I don’t need as much insulation, in warner weather. As soon as you lay on it, you can feel the reflective warmth coming from the pad. This pad is also very comfortable and you don’t slide off, as with some others I have tried. If you’re sitting up, you will feel the ground a bit. When laying down however , that is not the case. Even as a side sleeper, I don’t hit the ground. I do recommend keeping the mattress firm, as it seems to hold the heat better, when you do. The inflation bag works very well and also gives an extra layer of protection for the pad, when in your pack . I will update this review, if I have anything new to report. Based on the similarities to the 8.8, I think I’m going to love this one as well.

Whether or not it works in winter is yet to be seen, but otherwise good.
I’m comparing this Naturehike 20oz Ultralight Sleeping Pad, Insulated Inflatable Sleeping Pad 6.5R, Lightweight Sleeping Mat to my Therm-a-Rest NeoAir XLite NXT Sleeping Pad (4.5R).Firstly, the package comes with a storage sack, a sleeping pad, a repair patch, a hand rolled air pump, and an elastic band to keep the sleeping pad rolled up. I used the hand rolled air pump and it was surprisingly easy to use. The sleeping pad has a one way valve, and if you pull it all the way out, then it let’s out all of the air. This makes pumping it up and deflating it at the end super simple.Compared to the NeoAir, you can see that it is definitely about an inch thicker than the 3-inch thick NeoAir. The baffle design is nice and while it doesn’t keep your butt from falling onto the ground when you sit up, it does a good job keeping people nice and comfortable while laying down. I had everyone in my family try the pad, and some of us liked the Therm-a-Rest more, and some liked the Naturehike more. It’s a toss up. I personally like the generous footprint that allows extra room to toss and turn. When deflated, both have crinkly sounds inside, so they probably both use some kind of mylar to insulate. This one does like suspiciously like the OneTigris sleeping pad, but this one is thicker by about 0.5 inch.Come winter, I plan to take this and try it out in some cold weather camping. I will report back if I can.
