These Hiware bamboo cutting boards are fantastic! The 3-piece set gives me the perfect sizes for all kinds of food prep â from chopping vegetables to slicing meats. The bamboo is sturdy, smooth, and looks beautiful in my kitchen. I love that theyâre eco-friendly and gentle on my knives. Theyâre easy to clean and donât absorb odors like some other boards Iâve used. Very nice looking and great value
They are very nice looking cutting boards, and I like that they have a groove around the top surface to help prevent dripping over the edges. The cutout/lip on the bottom side makes them easy to pick up – very practical.The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the largest board of the set tended to warp up a bit within the first two weeks. I have it on the counter next to the sink, so it is in a moist area. I read that oiling them with a proper food-grade mineral oil is important for the care of the cutting board. Initially I only oiled the top of the board. Possibly oiling both top AND bottom may may have made a difference to help prevent warping.

Multiple sizes are useful
Love the multiple sizes for the value! If you only need to cut a fruit the small one is perfect, the larger one for meal times and med can be given to even a sous chef! Great quality and is sturdy

do not recommend
these cutting boards splinter and the little one like cracked open. The first time i washed these i got a splinter in my finger and notice more splinters from the edges i had to burn them to get rid of it. For the price u do not recommend.

Rather small and deceptive size description.
Even though the sizes are mentioned in the description, it was much smaller than I thought it would be, especially the smallest of the 3. I have a one pounder block of cheese that is almost the same size.The price seemed good at first but less so after I received the items.Product Dimensions: 15″L x 1″W x 10″Th showing in the description IS misleading because the boards are 15mm (about 5/8) each. If you read carefully, it indicates 15 inch Long by 1 inch Wide (?) by 10 inch Th (????). I copied and pasted therefore did not invent this.I could return this but decided that it was not worth my time and I’d be searching for a replacement. I can live with this.

We really like the quality and appearance of these bamboo cutting boards.When we received them we gave them a light sanding to remove any excess wood splinters left fom the manufacturing process. Then we applied coconut oil and allowed it to soak in then did a proper wipe.They look great, are easy to use, and are hand washable. Great product.
