Not as compact as expected but overall great
Really good material, no worries of normal outdoor things poking holes in it. The built in pump is nice. Just always keep it charged. A little bigger than i expected once deflated and in the carrying bag. Not a deal breaker but not the most minimalist option out there.Very comfortable compared to just a sleeping bag on the ground or even some thinner inflated mats Iâve had. Nice product overal

Best inflatable mattress EVER!
My days of humping a ruck with the bare minimum of supplies in rough county are over, hopefully. These days, if I can have it nice, I do. We enjoy camping; what we don’t enjoy are substandard conditions. So, why not have it nice if you can? As a middle-aged guy, the aches and pains of a life full of manual labor are catching up with me. When I saw this mat, I thought it might be a good solution; it’s not a lot of fun to lay on the ground with just an isolation mat to cushion my aching back. When it arrived, I looked it over. I noticed that it was fairly heavy and bulky. This is not for backpackers. However, for my vehicle-based needs, it doesn’t matter. I need a comfy mat, and this had potential. There was a battery pack/inflator thing. It needed to be charged, so I charged it and walked away. When it was done, I unrolled the mat and figured out how it worked. Of course, I had to consult the instructions before I figured it out. To operate, you must place the battery/inflator assembly within a casing on the end of the mat. Please see my pictures. Ensure that the big plug on the end of the mat is correctly oriented or capped off; it is labeled “inflate” or “deflate.” Then, slide the inflator in the proper, labeled direction and stand back as it works. It takes about a minute to fully inflate this excellent mattress.I’ll note that this mattress does not feel like sticky, cheap plastic like most inflatable beds. Also, it is firm and gives excellent support. You could spread a sheet over it; I opted to sleep upon it as-is to test the “feel.” It was dark, so I lay down and went to sleep. How did it go? First, as previously stated, this mattress gave excellent support. I am a side sleeper. Unlike inexpensive inflatable mattresses, my body did not touch the ground at pinch points, it felt just like a regular bed “firm” mattress. I didn’t have to worm around to get comfortable; I just fell asleep. To my surprise, I woke up at sunrise feeling refreshed. This is not normal when I camp; with an isolation pad or cheap inflatable, I wake up several times at night because of tree root lumps or cold spots. This was not the case when I used this mattress; I’d like to emphasize its regular mattress feel. This is a premium inflatable; if you are a vehicle-based camper, this is what you want. I’ve never had better, and you don’t need to look any further for an excellent camp mattress. A question I had was the deflation for storage; it was as easy as inflation. Simply orient the plug to “deflate,” and then move the housed assembly accordingly. Within a few seconds, the mattress collapses like an accordion and you can secure it for transport. This mattress, made of tough, quality materials, is first-rate. You can’t do better at anywhere near its price point. A definite five-star buy. Recommend.

This is a very good (air) mattress. Very comfortable.
Iâve been looking for a sleeping pad with a high R-value so I wouldnât get cold sleeping in a chilly environment. I saw this one and asked Amazon to review it.This is a heavy air mattress. Without the pillow or pump, it weighs 5 pounds and 5 ounces on my scale. Itâs great for car camping or for when an unexpected guest shows up. Itâs way too big and too heavy for most backpacking trips. The two most important things in a mattress for car camping are how comfortable it is and whether it keeps you warm in cool or cold conditions. Without reservation, I can say that with this sleeping mattress, the answer is yes to both. If you lay down on it, youâd find it hard to tell whether itâs a regular mattress or an air mattress. Itâs even comfortable when deflated. This mattress has an R-value of 9.5, which is excellent for cool or cold temperatures. It protects you from the cold air that builds up beneath you. If youâve ever slept on a mattress with a low R-value on a cold night, you know how miserable that can be.I love the electronic air pump. It takes about 30 seconds to inflate the mattress. You can also use it to inflate the included pillow, though I find it easier to do that by mouth. When youâre ready to pack up, you can reverse the pump to deflate the mattress. It takes a little longer to get most of the air out because this is a self-inflating mattressâa lot of air is already inside when you start inflating it.The pillow is okay. It has a felt covering and is typical of air mattress pillows. The instructions for both the mattress and the pump are adequate. A patching pad is included, which might be useful, but you might want to consider getting a more complete patch kit just in case. It comes with a waterproof cover. Unfortunately, the seams are not sealed.I really like this mattress. Iâll probably use it mostly for sleeping on the floor or in my car. The instructions say the battery should be charged monthly, so I might store it near my charger instead of with the mattress.

Very Nice Mattress
This mattress looks like somewhere between a backpacking inflatable and an Aerobed. When you lie down on it, you eill feel like it a regular bed mattress. Very good support and isolation from the ground or floor. It seems to be made of quality materials and feels like it will last a while. Inflation and deflation are a breeze with the included USB charged pump.
