Lightweight and good for dog classes
Needed a way to help students stay in their places during puppy classes. These are Great. Not very durable, so wouldnât make a good yoga mat for everyday use, but they are perfect for our application. They Do have a smell when you open them, and they donât like to lay flat, but again, you get what you pay for.

Not suitable for Pilates or yoga
Theyâre a foam paper mat that is very slippery, absolutely no grip and are very easy to tear it using it for friction. Pretty thin for exercise so Iâm not sure what these could get used for excpet shelf liners. Used it once for Pilates and yoga and it tore and threw it away. It was a nice color though
