Works great i just wish the bag that came with it came a better quality but we’ll iam not using the bag and a great price for how many you get no issues with the comfort it’s stretchy but not to much so not a bad plastic kind no problems with the durability so no issues

Bandwork is always great, whether that’s for strengthening your hip ab/adductors, groin, quads, etc. The bright colors and labeling make these easily identifiable and give you a nice way to work up over time as things might get easier. That said, these will gradually stretch out, particularly if you are consistent in your workouts, so you may need to replace these every so often. However, at their price, that isn’t a big deal at all! Also, I originally thought these would be more cheaply made, but was pleasantly surprised that they’re relatively solid and should work well until it’s time for replacement.These came with a little bag and set of instructions for potential exercises, so that is a nice touch. Makes it easy to take along for travel or for coaching and training.

Actually Legit, Great Price
These are actually Legit. Using the heaviest band for hip abduction, and its great. Better than the Tribe bands becoz it offers slightly more mobility/range of motion, which i prefer over slightly more resistance, since I want to improve hip function.And can’t beat the price. Excellent little product. Nice of them to include instructions as well.
