Battery charger is perfect for me, I live in area where in summer we have a few power outage. The only phone I have is a cell and sometime the outage last 6 hours or more. I am on oxygen and need to be able to get help when I need it.

This power bank from the aonidi store is a top tier product with all the bells and whistles to make it a strong contender in a crowded field. And when the value price is factored in, $29.99 at the time of order, thatâs when I see this power bank pulling ahead of the pack. So why is this power bank worth a 5-star rating? Let’s take a closer look…âï¸ For starters, all the advertised specs check out. Including the PD20W fast charge that I depend on.âï¸ Next, the 20K power. And it’s lithium polymer. Yea, you can get by with less. But for me, I have more than one device at any one time, so the 20K option just makes more sense. And the larger dimension (compared to 10K), mostly depth or thickness, isnât all that significant in my opinion.âï¸ The built-in AC plug is a must for me. I canât depend on having a charger, especially if Iâm on the road. I haven’t tested the charge time, but when I do I’ll update here.âï¸ The built-in type-C and lightning plugs are another must for me. For the same reason as before.âï¸ The LED digital display appears to give accurate battery charge status. I tested this by draining 10% of the capacity and monitoring the “mAh” that was consumed in the process. Assuming the bank has 12K of actual output capacity (~60% efficiency is typical), 10% capacity should correspond to approximately 1200mAh. The actual value that I measured was slightly less at 1165 mAh (see the pics I posted).Suggesting one of two things. Either the conversion efficiency is closer to 58%, which is a very real possibility. Or the display has a very small error; no more than 2-3%. In reality, it’s probably a combination of the two. Which is fine, as long as I know that the digital display is not going to leave me stranded somewhere thinking I have more power than I actually do. And I don’t think it will if the error is only a few percent. If nothing else, the digital display is far better than dots or bars…all day long!âï¸ Although the conversion efficiency of the 20K mAh capacity is on the low end of the spectrum at 58%, that’s about par for power banks in this weight class. At least that’s been my experience.âï¸ The listing mentions 4 levels of safety protection; overcharge, overcurrent, overvoltage, and short circuit. However, none of these are cited in the manual. I also found it somewhat curious that the manual instructs users to stop charging the device once it hits 100%. Maybe that’s standard language, but if it has overcharge protection, the device should stop drawing current once it’s full. Hmmmm…..âï¸ As I already mentioned, this 20K bank is listed at just under $30.00. That’s a very good deal for a battery with an AC plug, two cord options, and an LED digital display. Not to mention the safety features, that I hope are really there.âï¸ The manual says it takes 5h to charge the device using a PD20W charger. I guess if you don’t have access to an outlet that’s the only option. But I wonder how long it takes to charge via the AC plug? I’ll have to test and will update here once I know.Overall, this is a solid power bank at a great price. I’m happy to recommend. âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸

Perfect Traveling Companion
Lately I seem to be on the road a lot come travelling from place to place and often keeping my phone nearby to check on emails and everything else that goes on. One of the things that I absolutely hate about traveling is carrying all the cables that I need to for all of my junk that I take with me. That’s what makes this charger such an amazing companion as not only does it have a large battery which is slimmer and size than most of my 20ah, but it also includes the two cables that are used the most.And when I get back to the hotel normally it’s just a matter of taking that one battery and popping into a wall socket which is a heck of a lot easier then trying to deal with hotel USB plugs it simply either don’t work or require me to carry a separate brick with me to charge the number of toys that I have.One other real advantage of this is the fact that it has a digital supplier which tells you exactly how much battery time you have left with it which is another huge plus for me, I really hate those batteries that only had four dots and you’re always guessing about how long that lasts 25% is going to work. This is my third trip with this battery and I absolutely have fallen in love with it and we’re more than likely be getting a second for my wife.
