Smart Concept, Solid Quality, Just a Few Quirks for the Little Learners
These blocks are exactly as described: durable, eco-friendly, and built for hands-on learning. I love that they combine math with kinesthetic play, numbers that physically stack to show equality in equations is such a clever idea. For example, 6 + 4 being the same height as 7 + 3? Genius way to make math visual and interactive. The craftsmanship is great, smooth wood, no rough edges, and the cards that come with it add even more variety in how to use the set. It’s sturdy and well made, so definitely a gift-worthy item. That said, there are a few downsides for toddlers or early learners. The numbers themselves arenât super easy to read, especially the 2, which has a shape thatâs hard to recognize. The 1 is completely flat, making it feel more like a placeholder than a number block. My 2-year-old, who’s just starting to learn number shapes, found it confusing. Also, I expected two of each number in the 20-piece set, but it only doubles up through number 7. You get just one each of 8, 9, and 10, which limits some of the practice options I was hoping for.Still, itâs a fun and unique learning toy, probably best for kids who already recognize their numbers and are ready to explore early math concepts visually. Not perfect, but definitely recommendable with those caveats in mind.

Compare costs – the products are the same
I was intrigued by these number blocks and thought my grandkids might find them fun. Of course theyâre 4 young kids and sharing isnât always without loud discussion first (and sometimes tears). I noticed that these number blocks seem to be all over, sold by various sellers (for different prices sometimes). Since I had the opportunity, I decided to get sets from 3 different sellers so I could compare them. 2 single sets in puzzle frames and 1 double set (THIS PRODUCT) in a box with game cards.THIS double set has pieces identical to the single set but has a storage box (no puzzle frame), cards, and has two of each number (plus five numbers 1). The listing indicates it is 20 pieces, but with the extra number 1âs there are 23 pieces plus the cards. It is listed for less than twice the price of a single set.So, bottom line for me is cost. These puzzles look like they were all made at the same place with the same specifications. I see no difference in quality and they appear to work interchangeably.Decide if you want the frame or the box (or just use you own box/bag). Compare the prices and save yourself some money if you can. These are actually quite fun to play with – but itâs most fun if you have several sets!

Great Quality that engages children of all ages
The number set comes with cards that encourage stacking and following instructions. The cards range from easy to more challenging. Each number on the top or bottom state the number in text, dots. The numbers are shaped so they can be stacked. The wooden blocks are a bit on the light weight side but well made.

Entertaining Mathematical Activity
A great way to teach children numerical values. It includes “copy me” cards for entertainment. The visual representation of values makes addition and subtraction easy to understand. They are also easy to store.
