Good home exercise band set
Good product. Perfect for allowing me to continue the exercises I do at physical therapy, right at home. Almost the same thing they use at a medical facility. Mounted right to a stud in the wall and have had no issues when using.

The best investment for strengthening and toning
I love this set because it gives you a variety of sturdy bands to work out for both your arms and legs. Works extremely well and small to travel with. Well worth the price.

I like the blue one because it is the resistance I need but it would be nice to have the same in other colors and not more with too much resistance for my needs.
