Great Mobility Set-But Overpriced
This is a great starter mobility set. You get a small stick roller, a lacrosse ball, a very hard foam roller and a super flimsy/light resistance band. The foam roller is a very hard and thin layer over a hard PVC type tube. Foam rollers like this run the gamut from almost feeling so soft it is made of down feathers all the way to a solid, hard plastic PVC pipe. This is one layer of hardness under the PVC pipe with no give. I like that, but you may not be ready for that kind of roller. The resistance band is only about a foot across and is very flimsy. The kits comes in a nylon sack with a drawstring. That is nice as you can hang it in your gym to keep the clutter down. These tools can be used in a variety of ways for your mobility, recovery and stretching needs. They are basic tools though and a little on the low quality end. I feel it is a little overpriced.

Super cute and handy!
I did not expect this set to be this high quality as a great foam roller the doubles as a back cracker amazing for rolling out your muscles it is a little like really do hickey or like it has little like windmills I don’t know what to call them but I’ve never seen it before and I love it for my legs I bring it during Tech week and during Coreo rehearsals for musicals and everybody loves it the little ball roller is great for your feet and then the elastic band is surprisingly high quality don’t quite know how it fits in the set but I still use it and love it

It’s…okay
This set is fine if you want a really basic set. As others point out, the “foam” roller has a very thin coat over a hard pvc pipe. If that’s how you like it, then cool. It’s a little too hard for me. The ball is probably my favorite piece–it’s nice to just roll around under your foot. I really wanted to like the muscle roller stick, but it’s only so-so. The movement is fluid, but the rollers are cheap plastic with some sharp edges. If this were a ten-dollar set, I could see purchasing it. But at its price point of thirty, that’s way too much.

Nice options for soothing sore muscles
This set contains 3 great options for working on sore back/shoulder/leg muscles. The roller is great for working on overworked quads or calves. I often use a percussion massager for this same purpose but for a quick, simple, solution this roller will work well. The second is a hard rubber ball. If you have a knot in your shoulders just lay it on the ground and roll it beneath your shoulders until you find that sore spot. Work on and around that area to stimulate the muscle and blood flow. The last is a hard foam tube. I was expecting something a bit softer but this is essentially a hard plastic tube with a thin layer of foam. For my needs a bit too rigid for lower back, but if you prefer something lightly padded this will work great.

A great package with all the essentials
What a great package. Muscle roller for your deep tissues massage, a foam roller for hips and back, and the ball for your feet. The ball is what I was super excited to use. The fact that they all come together is a plus

Nice set for sore muscles and stretching
Upon opening this package I noticed an overpowering petroleum smell. I put these items outside and it took two days for the smell to dissipate enough to bring them back in the house. There are no instructions telling you how to use these items (there are on the Amazon listing item description) and I’m sure there are videos out there to help. If giving as a gift instructions would be nice. Overall, a nice set for use after exercise and on sore muscles but a little pricey for what you get.

Expensive cheap stuff
I liked that this bundle came with a lot of different fitness accessories and tools I use daily, however, the quality of these items is sub par. It can all get the job done but it’s cheaply made especially for the price point. You can find better made things at your local Walmart. TJ Maxx or Marshall’s.I like the idea of everything fitting in a bag but this bag feels like it’s about to break any second. Its new yet has holes and is coming apart at the seams. The foam roller is decent. The massage wand has a handle that keeps falling off and won’t stay screwed on. I actually like the way it feels over my other massage wand but I don’t think I’ll be able to deal with the broken wand handle. I like the massage ball. It’s textured and is great for releasing tight muscles and pressure points. The latex band is just a cheap latex band. Nothing special. The entire kit also smells heavily of rubber and plastic. Very scented.Rating this 3 stars only. For the price, you can find better.

Nice set with substantial foam exercise roller; wish it included specific exercise instructions
This is a nice compact exercise set with 5 components:⦠Foam roller: about 9mm / .35â thick dense foam over about 3mm / .12â thick PVC pipe; very sturdy⦠Massaging Roller: easy to use by holding the 2 handles; only the middle black pieces move⦠Red stretch band⦠Small exercise ball with about a 62mm / just under 2.5â; very firm and solid⦠Nice nylon drawstring closure carrying bag with strapI really like this set (and so did a female household member) it terms of both sturdiness and that it is compact (4 of the components fit nicely within the foam roller). While this listingâs photos were somewhat helpful. it would be incredibly much more helpful if there were written instructions included (or link to digital instructions); the package I received had no documentation / instructions.
